In Großem und Ganzem Ok
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
Beim Frühstück gab es Alles und es wurde auch Alles gleich aufgefüllt.
Garage vorhanden.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und an der Rezeption deutschsprachig.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen das ich einen Parkplatz reserviert habe und dann wurden pro Motorrad, also 2 , abgerechnet. Das waren 100 Kronen mehr. Schade das sich nicht an die Vereinbarung gehalten wurde.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bad ebenso. Wir sind nicht groß, daher war es gerade noch ok.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur Leitungswasser und die Tür zur Küche stand ständig offen, so das man dem Personal beim abspülen zuschauen konnte und man ständig die Geräusche davon hatte. Der Käse wurde über bzw neben der Wurst/Salami platziert, was mir als Vegetarier nicht gefiel.Der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Espresso ging. Die Kaffeemaschine ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bestuhlung im Frühstücksraum ist sehr kühl, Bahnhofskneipemäßig Für mich keine 4 Sterne. Ich denke nur wegen der guten Ausstattung das das Hotel hat... Aufzug, Fön , Garage, Klima....

An excellent room with a great breakfast and amazing deal for the money!
Pros:

Large room with AC and very quiet. Very close to town square.

Cons:

The parking garage was extremely cramped. Very narrow to get into and difficult to park. There are four spaces and if the other three had been filled I don’t think we could have parked our Skoda. As convenient as the parking location was I would look elsewhere.

Kann man jeden nur empfehlen
Pros:

Von der Ankunft über die Zimmer bis zum Frühstück nur zum weiterempfehlen.
Die Lage bestens nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Zentrum.
Frühstück sehr gut und vielseitig.
Eigener Parkplatz.
Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich konnte nichts feststellen das mir nicht gefallen hat.

Zklamání z pobytu – nepříjemný zápach, slabé snídaně a nepraktické parkování
Cons:

Pobyt nám bohužel znepříjemnil zvláštní zápach v pokoji, který byl cítit i na chodbách (pravděpodobně z koberců). I když se ho personál snažil přehlušit vůní na chodbách, nepříjemný odér byl v hotelu stále znatelný. Velkým zklamáním pro nás byl také výhled z okna.
Co se týká snídaní, šlo spíše o kvantitu než kvalitu. Káva nám vůbec nechutnala a od hotelu ve 21. století bychom očekávali modernější a kvalitnější nabídku snídaní.
Nepříjemné bylo i parkování – hotelové parkoviště bylo již obsazené, takže jsme museli auto odstavit na nejbližším veřejném parkovišti a do hotelu dojít pěšky. Před hotelem navíc téměř není prostor ani na krátké vyložení zavazadel, což je velmi nepraktické.
Celkově jsme byli z pobytu zklamaní a hotel bychom znovu nenavštívili.
Po zkušenostech z vice jak 500 ubytování na bookingu bychom v tomto ubytování, kde není parkování apod. určitě vyšší hodnocení neudělovali.

Pros:

Moc příjemné ubytování i personál, čisté, super snídaně a navíc přímo v centru Budějovic. Parkování bylo plné, ale i kdyby nebylo, tak byl vjezd hodně úzký, větší auto se tam nevejde. Doporučuju zaparkovat pohodlně na centrální parkovišti tak 500m od ubytování.

Moc hezký hotel kousek od centra. Výborná nabídka na snídani.

Cons:

V pokoji, který měly kamarádky mezi přízemím a prvním patrem byla zima. Venku pršelo a teplota byla znát. Ostatní dva pokoje v prvním patře v pořádku.
