Breakfast was not available for my room.

Cons:

I have a disability. What I asked for was not in my room at the time I checked in. A maintenance person had to go find it for me, came back with the wrong item and had to go look for it again
Upon returning he had found one but after installing it, it didn't fit properly and was dangerous to use. It was a shower bench and the legs outside the bathtub didn't touch the floor. I ended up not having a shower. I suggest providing some training for staff so they understand equipment requests for disabled. I also suggest higher toilets for people with disabilities.

Pros:

Everything was very clean.

Cons:

I phoned and tried to book a room and was told they had no rooms available, we were in edmonton for a funeral when roads got bad. I went on booking .com and it showed there was lots of rooms. The man at the front desk was not the most pleasant person.

Staff there was awesome. Loved the pictures and decor. Not impressed with the cracks in paint and tile, but it's a shifting older building

Fine, although if the checkin staff did their job properly and wasn’t rude it would have been much better.

Cons:

Staff that booked us in was rude and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The security staff seemed to more about check in than he did. He didn’t understand that we wanted to put the deposit on one card and pay with another and rudely questioned whether we had enough money on the card used for the deposit. The carpet was lifting in the rooms and floors didn’t seem clean. Booked a pet friendly room and was asked to move rooms after 1 night and was told that someone was complaining of allergies. Only stayed for 2 nights so was inconvenient
