El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. Buena ubicación, cerca de Provenza y restaurantes. La atención fue muy buena y la experiencia en general superó mis expectativas. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo.

We booked their car service from the airport and it was a horrible experience. Driver was not there and hard to find, he had a giant subwoofer in the trunk so we had to sit with bags inside, he was on the phone taking videos and texting while driving, no seatbelts available…
Location is good. Breakfast staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good.
Top floor closed for renovation so no hot tub or great view when i was there.
Staff very accommodating, rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location. A 10 out of 10.

Hard bed but turns out most of the beds in Columbia are on the firm side as I came to find out. lol.
The customer service was very bad and they treated my guess horrible and very bad. It used to be one of my favorite hotels but now I will never go there again
The customer service was so bad and made my guess so uncomfortable that we couldn't even enjoy the fun and love of Colombia. We couldn't even come with an agreement with the staff all the hotel managers so I checked out early and got a refund . Totally disappointed of how he was treated. But we still love Colombia and 10 years of greatness this was our only bad experience...
If they don't change their ways I will never be at that hotel ever again....
La ubicación está excelente, cercas del metro y aeropuerto local. Ademas está a dos cuadras de Provenza. Encuentras variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. Excelente para pasarla de fiesta.

My third time here. Great hotel, nice and clean rooms, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. All the people who work here are amazing (reception, security, kitchen, cleaning). Off course I will come back again. Thank you!
