Good location, we wanted something on the river. Great view of the mountains. Easy walking distance to everything.
Water did not get very hot, warm but felt like a cold shower.
O hotel é incrível com o visual para a montanha e rio. A equipe é incrível, muito educados e solícitos. Eles foram nos buscar na saída da estação de trem, isso foi um baita diferencial! As instalações são ótimas.

Cama de casal são duas de solteiro unidas verticalmente, o que torna desconfortável. O box do banheiro era metade de vidro e metade de cortina. Não tem secador de cabelo nos quartos, solicitei um para a recepção e o que fornecem na dura 1 minuto ligado pois superaquece (impossível secar o cabelo dessa forma). Não tem tomadas ao lado das camas. Toalhas com manchas de batom. O café da manhã não é buffet como mostra nas fotos, foi serviço uma porção de frutas e uma porção de ovo mexido para cada um.
Péssimo hotel pelo alto valor pago, não recomendamos de forma alguma. Foi a pior experiencia que tivemos com hotel até hoje.

Da torneira da pia do banheiro que da forma como estava instalada não se conseguia lavar a mão sem bater na cuba, molhando sempre a pedra;
Da confusão na recepção referente aos quartos quanto à limpeza do mesmo.
On the River
No hot water in shower
the views and sounds of the rushing river from the river/mountain facing room we stayed in (406) were fantastic. better than expected. The staff was super responsive and accommodating via whatsapp and nice in person. the breakfast was quality -- nice natural juices, well cooked eggs, perfect sustenance for early morning hikes.
the features mentioned above were the most important to me so I was very happy there, but apart from that the hotel is pretty no frills. I think it looks better in photos. The internet in our room worked decently, but not great (I could do 3/4 of the things I needed to do for work from the room). for the cost I expected a more beautiful hotel. The beds felt cheap/firm
