Higiene y falta de atencion del personal .ban̈o muy sucio . Cocina muy sucia . Recepsion muy mala. Llegamos y no habia recepcion abierta . Luego llego y nos cambio de hotel por falta de lugar . Ya estaba reservado y pago antes de llegar . Nos derivo a otra locacion de calivdad inferior .NO VUELVO MAS A ESE LUGAR .

THE WORST / DO NOT RENT HERE
Pros:

This is the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel ever. The pictures are false and do not show what the rooms look like The lobby is 7/8 blocks away from the assigned room. Take into account heavy rain and discomfort over all. There’s no management available to help just workers who follow orders and don’t know how to treat clients. The room and bathroom has broken appliances and the floor is also broken. I invited someone special to have a fun night and an amazing moment and she ended up leaving because the place looked horrible and low quality. This has ruined my whole night and experience over all so I want my full refund. I tried asking for a manager the old lady in front desk said that the manager would come the next day at 8 am. Which was false there was no manager and when I got there said that manager comer hybrid mode so not today. This is a exhausting situation since I had to go back an forth from room and hotel to find help, everything is so wrong with the place that the keys didn’t work when I went to the beach and try to come back the room locked I had to talk to a cleaning lady to open the door for me. and they shouldn’t be allowed to be in this portal. They are scammers

Cons:

A total disrespect that you reserve in one location and when you arrive they tell you that your lodging is in another direction further away and uncomfortable . I traveled with my family, including my son disability, and the option to be close to the beach, so we decided on the address indicated by this hotel in this publication, but it is totally a lie.

Great location and budget friendly.
Pros:

2 blocks from the beach and park. No onsite parking, but the public parking lot is 1/2 a block away. AC works great. Great eats n stuff with in a few blocks.

Cons:

Staff was kinda vague about the parking situation. But parking was no problem.

Cons:

This is the first time I haven't found hand soap or any other kind of soap at a place I’ve stayed. It was a bit frustrating, since you don't expect to have to go out and look for something like that, They do not answer the registered phone number, nor do they reply to messages on the platform; if you need anything, you must go to the reception, which is located at a different location.

The place is decent but was disappointed during my stay, especially because I’ve stay at sister prop
Pros:

I was sent to the wrong suite that had already been assigned to another guest. As there was no one answering the phone, I had to walk to the front desk which is 4 blocks away. Furniture was broken and white bedspread was stained either dried blood spots. The place is quiet and exterior looks clean but not cared for properly.
