Beachside All Suites Hotel

It was decent

Place was ran down, doors falling apart, shower water drains slow, parking is no convenient, front desk and stay location weren’t as close, linen had stains, felt very dirty, deposit has yet to be returned and it’s been 30 days

Beds were super comfortable. Slept like a baby every night!!!

The energy of the place is amazing, very relaxing and welcoming.

The design of the common areas is stylish and comfortable, I enjoyed spending time there.

Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, they genuinely care about guests.

I loved the friendly and warm vibe of the entire hotel, it felt like home.

The room was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated.

There was a minor issue with the key card, but it was fixed immediately and with great service.

The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay.

I really appreciated how attentive the staff was, always making sure we had what we needed.

The staff treated us with such kindness and respect, it made our trip unforgettable.

I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which is very important when traveling.

A block from beach and staff was friendly. Close enough to shops but in a more quiet and residential area. Didn’t like that the check in place was 6 blocks away and you do not know until check in so if you are taking an Uber and have bags it’s a major inconvenience. Apartment was spacious and clean and the location really made this place.

The room is very spacious. It is basically a one bedroom apartment. I loved everything about the hotel, it's very affordable for 4 days and 3 nights. I felt very safe and secure. I didn't have any problems getting what I need from the front desk. The staff was very nice and I really enjoyed my time. The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay for parking every day I was there so there isn't any free parking and they only have body towels not face towels but other than that I loved everything about the hotel.I will be booking with them again

stayed for 6 days with two kids. arrived and none of the kitchen stuff was in the room - and we only had 3 towels, and 1 half used roll of toilet paper and tv wasn't working. We had to go back down to the main building share all this info and was told "sorry tomorrow they will fix this" they came by with one pot, one pan and one spoon. no extra towels or toilet paper - I had then asked HK for these items and they said "ok" and again, no delivery. FOR A THIRD time I had to go back to the main office and get those myself. No one ever came to fix the TV or to pick up garbage or light cleaning during our whole stay. Sheets had weird stains on them but whatever, we were already dealing with enough. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Our stay was extremely disappointing from day one. We paid for a service that was never properly delivered. Although we had access to the room, we had to fight every single day just to receive the basic services we were entitled to. It was exhausting and completely unacceptable.

One night, we felt very unsafe when there was a violent argument in the room next to ours. The guests were shouting, aggressive, and even knocked on our door. We asked the hotel staff for help, but no one responded or offered any kind of assistance. We were left feeling completely unprotected and on our own.

We also purchased a protection plan through Expedia, expecting some level of support, but instead we felt entirely abandoned throughout our stay. The hotel was irresponsible and dismissive from start to finish.

I absolutely do not recommend this property under any circumstances. I hope Expedia seriously reviews this case, as the experience does not reflect the service or safety that guests should expect when booking through their platform.
