Pros:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und wirklich lecker. Das Personal war total freundlich und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Saunabereich ist schön eingerichtet und klein aber fein.

Das Hotel und Restaurant waren ganz gut,aber unser Zimmer war sehr alt und mit Geruch.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, Personal im Restaurant war sehr gut,nett und höflich. Sie waren sehr fleißig und immer gut gelaunt. Die Küche im Restaurant war auch sehr gut.Der junge Mann an der Rezeption aus Mazedonien war auch sehr nett.Das Schwimmbad war sehr sauber und schön.

Cons:

Wir haben im Internet gebucht. Da haben sie uns neue Zimmer gezeigt,aber wir haben ein altes Zimmer bekommen und waren sehr enttäuscht.
Das Zimmer am ersten Tag hatte einen muffigen Geruch gehabt. WLAN hatte viele Aussetzer.
Das Badezimmer war extrem klein und eng.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and there was an effort for a change, which was nice. Location excellent, you can walk to the town and there are many hikes and cable cars in the area. You don't have to go through a toll tunnel. Dinner very tasty and a different menu every day. Everywhere clean. The pool and wellness (saunas) were a nice relaxation. Communication completely without problems.

Wonderlul place to stay and leave relaxed :)
Pros:

We liked the views from the room, access to the bacony facing the mountains
Great breakfast we could eat outside on the terrace with our dog.
Staff was super helpful and accomodating for us and our four legged best friend

Ideale Lage für Skifahrer, sehr schöner Hallenbadpool incl. Saunaabteilung. Sehr gutes Essen, dem man anmerkt, dass es handwerklich gemacht wird.
