Great location, but disappointing to pay for a superior room and spend the week in a basic one with

The location is very good and convenient for the Nasserein lift and access to the ski area. The hotel itself was clean and the surrounding scenery is beautiful, which is what you expect in St. Anton.

Cons:

Unfortunately my stay was disappointing because I booked and paid for a superior room but was given what was clearly a basic standard room. After travelling from the other side of the world on four flights I simply wanted to check in and rest, so I trusted what I was told at reception.

By the time I realised the room was not the category I had booked, the correct room had already been given to someone else. I raised the issue during my stay and was told it would be addressed, but the compensation offered at the end was only around €140, which felt inadequate considering I spent the entire week in a small room with poor lighting, an uncomfortable bed and a very small shower.

Gepflegter und moderner Wellnessbereich, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Wenig Flexibilität bei der Buchung ; brauchte geschäftlich nur 5 Übernachtungen konnte aber nur von Sa-Sa für 7 Nächte buchen. Leider in ganz St Anton kaum anders möglich. Zimmer war recht hellhörig nach oben und zu den anliegenden Räumen. Sauna leider erst ab 15 Uhr - 20 Uhr geöffnet, frühere Öffnung wäre vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter schön, für Nicht-Skifahrer oder Nicht-Apres-Skier

Sehr freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht groß, aber wirklich sehr schön.

Cons:

Persönliches Pech mit dem Zimmer: Es lag offensichtlich genau über dem Partykeller, so dass ich unfreiwillig bis 23:00 Uhr Partymusik und - gesang mithören musste. Die freundliche Intervention einer Mitarbeiterin wurde leider ignoriert. Das war echt nicht schön.

Everything was fine.
Pros:

Good hotel for short ski weekend. Has everything you need. Have not gotten the best room though. Expected a bit more for the price but overall a fair choice.

Super verblijf in Nassereinerhof december 2025
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime en nette kamer en goed bed.
Restaurant/keuken houdt heel goed rekening met allergieën gedurende het gehele verblijf. Dochter heeft coeliakie en heeft altijd goede alternatieven aangeboden gekregen. Een aanrader.
