之前住過淡水和苗栗鬱金香，服務都很好，環境也舒適。但沒想到台南榮美服務人員品質參差不齊，無論是訂房部或是櫃台checkin人員口氣都很冷淡甚至不耐煩。房間的簾子、桌子、牆面都有明顯汙漬或破損，床很硬也不好睡，旁邊的人動一下，整張床都會跟著動，無法好好休息。除了早餐服務人員值得嘉許外，其他沒有優點。完全不推薦，未來也不會想再入住。

Pros:

飯店的員工都很親切，房間的設備跟大小都很適合，不會覺得太擁擠，床非常的好睡，軟硬適中，這點非常重要，玩了一天下來可以睡個好覺真的很棒。

Cons:

如果硬要說缺點就是機械車位有點麻煩，不過有員工現場協助停車跟取車，這點比較不方便而已。

私は日本語しか話せなかったのでドキドキしていたけど、とても気さくかつ、思いやりが感じられる接客で、さすがプロ！と思いました。

台湾では普通なのだろうが、シャワーを浴びると床がびしゃひしゃ。トイレのドアは下が空いてないのに、なぜなんだろ？
