Pros:

房間乾淨，距離夜市及其他景點步行即可到達。只是停車位稍嫌不足有點可惜！但飯店提供一次免費進出周邊共有停車場（露天）對止住一天的我們也還算便利！

住宿基本要求就是要乾淨（而非新.舊）
Pros:

地點，因為若要去逛國華街／友愛街或花園夜市，此飯店位置剛好位在中間，去哪都不會太遠。

Cons:

我們去台南玩幾乎都住榮美（第一優先選擇），但這次住宿感覺不是那麽好，以前覺得房間很乾淨，所以很喜歡，這次覺得房間跟床～都有很明顯的棉絮感（誘發鼻子過敏，睡不好～）晚上要泡澡時，浴缸沒有清洗乾淨，有一種使用過，卻沒清洗的觸感（不會形容），所以蠻失望的😔
