I like this place its clean an in the cut across the street from the big hotels....i needed to rest myself an get food this location gave me everything i needed an more

The property had a terrible odor throughout my stay. There were several bugs in my room. There was a point where I could only shower with cold water because the hot water was not running. It was not as advertised on Expedia.

The hotel is okay. The rooms are cleaned every day. It is a low cost hotel. The staff will help you get where you need to go. They also fixed my bed. The negative parts are that the hotel itself is not air conditioned. The room is but not the halls and lobby. The ceiling looks like it suffers from a few roof leaks. There is no hot water and I was on the third floor which had low water pressure. I’m interested in adventure so I like getting around and going places. The hotel is not a deal breaker. I did enjoy the low price. If you’re looking for a resort experience, this is not for you.

Local shopping and food area and it is very clean environment. Everything is walking distance away and very affordable. Parking area available as well, and very easy to get transportation.

good choice for my tastes. older building. lower than average price. the room itself was totally great. slight issue with noise here snd there but not often. access to beach is not at all convenient, but that goes with the bargain price for the room. main reason for the stay was to have a lower cost option that had nice clean rooms. this place hit the mark. will stay there again for sure.

everything was fine I just wish they had a safe and a fridge

I've been to a lot of very expensive hotels, one of them being a Holiday Inn Kristal Hotel and another, but you guys really earned the 5 stars, and I'll give you 5 more.

Lights when out,no water on and off plus i sometimes had to shower with super hot water because that was only so i asked them to change me rooms

Not the easiest property to find as there is very limited outdoor signage.
Once there, the reception service is quick and the room is very clean. The roo. Was actually more than I expected for the price.

Staff was rude . never cleaned the room dirty towls . inpluged my cooler for insulin ' tolit didny work shower was only cold AC was broken

Stayed at this hotel way back in 2018 with no problems, but now the Hotel and area immediately around it seems eerily abandoned.

The sheets were moist and stained with god knows what and there was no hot water. I understand that you get what you pay for but in this Instance, just pay a little more so that you can sleep like a normal human. Or just don’t come to Cancun if you can’t afford it

There was no hot water in my room. I had to take cold / warm shower for the entire week. They say that you have to wait 5-10 minutes for the water heat up. But that didn't work even if waited for 20 minutes.

But the cleanliness was good. And the location is very convenient.

No hot water, WiFi doesn't work in the rooms, floors not very clean, a huge bathtub in the bedroom but what for without hot water.

None of the rooms have windows that open.
You feel very claustrophobic with stagnant air in the room
