Pros:

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be any better.

Cons:

The only small downside is I got a interconnecting room (the one that has an internal door connecting to the other room) and you can hear the neighbours very clearly.

Clean room, not a four star experience.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff are nice. The shower is good but this is not a good place to stay for a trip with someone who is not your long term partner or small child as the shower opens straight up to the room. No place to dry off other than on display.

Cons:

The shampoo and body wash were almost out when we checked in and they only gave us two towels. The bed is VERY soft. They give a time share speech and try to get you to do it, luckily I texted ahead and asked to opt out and they obliged. I do not think any four star hotel should be giving anyone a sales pitch when they just want a place to sleep for a trip.

Hay un filtro de agua en todo el lobby
Hay toallitas desinfectantes en la puerta del asensor .

Cons:

El olor a humedad de la madera del asensor . Y un tapete de alfombra que hay en la pared del asensor . Que no había sitio para colocar las maletas tuvimos q colocarlas en el piso , pedí un bench pra esto y me dijeron que no contaban con bench para maletas lo cual me pareció extraño dado al precio del hotel . NO HACÍAN la cama ni la limpieza a Diario aun solicitándolo . Un día tuve yo q sacar la basura.

Nice place, nice room, zero housekeeping (not even trash), reasonable price
Pros:

Very good location near the river and the CTA stop. Nice lobby staff and bar personnel on the roof

Cons:

The roof top happy hour was nice but it would have been nice to be able to use that space outside of happy hour. Maybe just lock up the bar, put a coffee machine up there and let your guests enjoy the views. Especially as there is NOWHERE to sit in the lobby if one wants to chill or check something
The furniture is tatty but they said it was going to be replaced soon . Other hotels I have stayed at use that roof terrace space very effectively
