Great location, awesome staff, highly recommend
Pros:

The location was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the property itself was beautiful. Breakfast was fabulous, and I had dinner one night at the restaurant as well and it was absolutely terrific. The cuisine was French, which was a delightful contrast.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Amazing hotel with such a wonderful ambience. Our concierge Kiki was just fantastic: detailoriented, thoughtful, attentive, patient, humorous, foresightful, helpful with any kind of questions. Each and every of her restaurant recommendations were phenomenal. Kiki made our stay even more joyful. We will remember her wonderful personality and the beautiful hotel very fondly.

Fantastic Experience
Pros:

Around a 12 minute walk from the main train station. Set in a quiet location, the hotel is full of character due to its history. I arrived rather wet due to a downpour during breakfast time. The hotel kindly gave me an upgrade on my room and the opportunity to purchase breakfast as my arrival was well before check in times. The upgrade, whilst nice, was so that I could use a room that was ready, due to being so wet. I cab not thank the hotel's consideration enough as it made a huge difference to my state of well being.
My bedroom was comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was well presented with a delicious selection in a very grand looking room. A great start to the morning.
To conclude my stay, the hotel provided me with a nice bagged breakfast to takeaway on my early departure.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in central Stockholm. Kim’s and all the staff are exceptional. They couldn’t have shown more concern or support to us over our delayed baggage. Would not think of booking any other hotel if we’re lucky enough to return to Stockholm

Vrijwel perfect
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, prachtig gebouw, fraaie kamers, goed bed, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt. Ik verbleef hier 5 nachten, personeel was super behulpzaam bij alle vragen of verzoeken die ik had.

Cons:

Voor een omelette moet je extra betalen bij het ontbijt, net een beetje jammer.
