Prachtig, rustig hotel met heel centrale ligging.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie. Zeer lekker, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Oog voor tijdige aanvulling. Mooie maar eerder kleinere kamers. Heel net. Goed uitgeruste en mooie badkamer.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt is het soms wat sukkelen voor een plaatsje om als gezin samen te tafelen. Grotere tafels zijn vaker ingenomen door koppels en grotere gezinnen beschikken dan niet over geschikte plaatsen. Wat meer aandacht vanwege de zaaloverste om de gasten aan een geschikte tafel voor hun gezelschap te laten aanschuiven en hen hierbij te begeleiden zou naar mijn gevoel dit probleem kunnen voorkomen…

Very attentive, helpful and extremely friendly staff, good breakfast, nice, comfy bed, altogether a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Can definitely recommend and I would stay here again. Also the hotel restaurant is excellent, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere too and lovely food. It's really nice.

Cons:

I had a single room, and it is really very small, the shower too. There is not much space to store away any clothes. The little bedside table is completely occupied by a hotel telephone and a big lamp. So no space here for any personal items.
The water in the shower takes quite a long time to get hot, but you can't really reach the taps from outside the shower, because it is so small. So if you want to use the big shower overhead, you have to stand in freezing water for some seconds. Also it doesn't help that the cleaning staff always turns the tap back into the cold position.
One small thing, there was a lot of noise outside my door from the cleaning staff like all day, as they positioned the cart with their stuff right in front of my door.
That sounds like a lot of criticism, but it's actually just some minor drawbacks. It's still a very lovely hotel and I would probably stay here again, but maybe in bigger room.

Lovely place in close in convenient location.
Pros:

Pros:

Location of the hotel is central and close to the main train station. It's easy to walk outside and get where you need to but also the hotel is a tucked away that there isn't much noise. The staff is pleasant, welcoming and breakfast was decent with lots of variety.

Colazione di buon livello e con servizio sollecito. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Una delle due stanze prenotate si affacciava sul buffet/ristorante interno, l'altra si affacciava sulla terrazza esterna della birreria, in entrambi i casi con i clienti seduti proprio davanti alle nostre finestre. Le stanze erano molto buie e piccole. Una sola delle due è stata sostituita con una a un piano superiore.
La tappezzeria non era ben pulita.

La struttura e la posizione centrale. Ottima e di qualità la colazione

Cons:

La stanza: nonostante avessimo prenotato circa tre mesi fa, inizialmente c'era stata riservata una stanza buia a piano terra con una finestra che dava sulla corte interna coperta, dove si fa colazione, con un tavolo sistemato in aderenza alla finestra, per cui privacy zero. Dopo garbate proteste, ne abbiamo ottenuta un'altra, che era talmente piccola che non c'era spazio per tirare fuori i panni dalle valigie. Insomma, una sistemazione da dimenticare!
