Would stay here again in this cute apartment. We had an enjoyable time and very nice and cozy.
Pros:

The location was great for us. Close to everything. Very close to the metro and other public transportation and easy walking to many great stores and the theatre. The people and staff were all wonderful and so helpful. Whatever I needed to know they answered or helped out right away. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

It would have been great to have an elevator. We had a baby in a stroller and we needed to carry it up the flight of stairs. They charge for a crib which most places do not but it really helped. There is no cleaning person or sheet changes. If you want to have new sheets or towels during your stay they charge for that.

Localisation excellente, ultra pratique
Bon rapport qualité prix.
Excellente communication, même si on ne le voit pas l'hôte.
Appartement joli et bien amménagé.
Belle salle de bain, chauffage au sol hyper agréable.

Cons:

L'insonorisation vraiment mauvaise ( tour du moins dans l'appartement 27). Une porte vérouillée de sortie de secours donne sur un autre appartement... on a littéralement l'impression qu'ils sont avec nous dans l'appartment. Pas top pour l'intimité.

Peu lumineux avec lumière naturelle.

Le cast de la tv est bien présent, mais la tv n'est pas connectée a la wifi (l'utilisateur n'a pas la main sur ce paramétrage car la tv est en mode "hotel") c'est dommage.

Problème électrique avec la plaque de cuisson, lorsqu'on tourne le bouton de droite de 9 vers 0 pour l'éteindre ça fait dysjoncter tout le courant.

Perfect location, great for long stays
Pros:

+ Location is perfect, close to ferry and metro lines, right across the old town.
+ Building is old but really nicely renovated. High ceilings is a huge plus.
+ Kitchen is equipped for almost all basic needs.

Cons:

- One time shower went ice cold and had to wait ~5-10 mins to get warm water again. It was not a nice experience but happened only once during my longish stay.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Coffee machine in room with filters and coffee provided. Apartment was very clean.

Cons:

Apartment was on the 4th floor, no elevator. Workman on a Saturday morning. Mattress too soft, caused back pain. Pillow inners cheap. Towels small and thin, too many room scents in a small space.

Lovely hotel in Södermalm
Pros:

I booked the studio downstairs next to the entrance, which was not clear to me..I do have a light sleep and I heard every slam of the entrance door, people coming and going and talking in the inner yard - the next day I got in contact with the hotel stuff and they managed it for me to switch to another studio/ last floor right under the roof top (had to pay extra) already at midday which was just lovely!! I really enjoyed my stay a lot - the surrounding area is just lovely, Gamla Stan to be reached just in a few minutes and a lot of things are close in walking distance. I would book again.

Cons:

Light sleep people like me have to bring ear plugs!! You hear the traffic noise from outside.

Beautiful comfortable stay
Pros:

We loved the old building, but gorgeous apartment that was modern and simple. Really felt like home from home! I loved the small kitchen and the Rituals products provided like the body wash/shampoo and conditioner. It was a really nice touch. The shower was great and the beds very comfortable! The best location, right beside Gamla Stan and the gorgeous Södermalm too. The apartment was warm and cosy too. It looked exactly like what I booked online. Great amenities even though we didn’t use them like the washer/dryer if you’re staying for a longer time.

Cons:

There was a connecting door to the other apartment and it is not the hosts fault but we had quite noisy neighbours for a couple of nights and it does sound like they’re in the same room, however the host dealt with this immediately and it was solved!

The instructions said 4 steps it was 88 steps hard with luggage. It should have read 4 flights of stairs
