2 noches en Barranquilla 21 mar - 23 mar el cual fue mi peor experiencia tanto así que no me quede en el hotel realice una llamada atención al cliente de booking desde el lugar quienes indicaron que escalarian la situación y estoy esperando respuesta de mi solicitud. adicional a lo informado, quiero dejar constancia de que permanecí aproximadamente una hora en el hotel esperando una solución por parte del personal, sin recibir ninguna respuesta ni alternativa. Durante ese tiempo, el servicio fue inadecuado y no hubo acompañamiento al cliente. Al ver que el hotel no brindó ninguna solución, me vi obligada a retirarme sin hacer uso del servicio. Solicito se tenga en cuenta este tiempo de espera y la falta de respuesta como parte del incumplimiento en la prestación del servicio, y reitero mi solicitud de reembolso total.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, al frente del parque Washington, en todo el distrito hotelero, cerca de buenos café, en plena zona norte donde todo queda muy cerca. Hay restaurantes, supermercados y centros comerciales muy cerca donde puedes ir caminando. Las habitaciones están bien.
Importante, es un hotel de negocios, esto no lo hace malo pero debes saber que encontrarás todos los servicios que necesitas, pero nada más que eso
