Séjour très agréable Appartement bien équipé et très propre Pour info il n’y a pas de réception à la résidence il faut se rendre à l’hôtel

Las vistas desde el apartamento són espectaculares. Hemos estado en diciembre y al no haber mucha gente el ambiente era muy tranquilo. Vale la pena ir.

The double doors (windows) arnet closing properly so get pretty noisy , so id avoid remt s room on tje mountain side as thstd the camping side , with loud music till midnight each nights

Les résidences liées à l’hôtel sont vieillissantes et ne correspondent pas aux photographies. Les meubles sont abîmés, se cassent facilement, et nous avons dû changer de chambre à deux reprises. Malheureusement, la table basse s’est effondrée sur le pied de mon fils de deux ans, qui a également découvert une vis sur le sol.

De plus, le bruit était gênant, et l’isolation phonique était insuffisante, rendant difficile le sommeil pendant les 4 nuits passées dans l’appartement.

L’eau chaude pour la douche était irrégulière, parfois inexistante. J’ai même dû me doucher à l’eau froide le soir du réveillon de Noël.

Malgré ces problèmes, le personnel de l’hôtel était compréhensif, mais il est regrettable de lier ces appartements à l’hôtel des Flamands Roses. Cela constitue une publicité mensongère, car le standing est bien en deçà de nos attentes lors de la réservation, qui a totalisé plus de 540€ pour 4 nuits. Cette association ternit l’image de l’hôtel.

Court séjour de 3 nuits au calme. Résidence fort agréable, propre, avec parking. Logement spacieux et confortable. Accueil au top. Nous y reviendrons.

The apartment amenities is old microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. the balcony is quite big which is good for having meals as well. it is 30mins walk going to the city center (place de méditerrané) the little train is not that reliable as transport.
on the otherhand you can enjoy the beautiful amenities of the hotel. Thalasso Spa , Kids club (to be paid)

Das Appartement hat keine 4 Sterne, nur das Hotel nebenan. Einrichtung schon älter und sehr einfach, länger nicht renoviert. Fitness und Spa sind für Bewohner der Appartements nicht inklusiv, was bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen war. Ebenfalls nicht angegeben war eine Säuberung durch die Mieter (in Coronazeiten??) oder Extrakosten für die Reinigung. Die bei Expedia im Angebot angegebenen Standards (UNPLV) zur Reinigung und Desinfektion in Hotels in Frankreich waren auf Nachfrage im Hotel nicht bekannt.

Fue todo muy bien hasta que nos enteramos que para el check out, teníamos nosotros que limpiar el departamento, botar las basuras y sacar las sábanas, me parece que tienen que avisar eso en la descripción ya que no es un alojamiento económico para tener que aún hacer el trabajo de limpieza nosotros

Brilliant 2 bedroom ground floor apartment… couldn’t find fault really with it ….great grounds, pool ( although pool not suitable for children … grandson 10 and he couldn’t touch floor which spoilt it for him). Otherwise great all round…

Service très agréable, personnels de restauration très compétent.

Malheureusement l'appartement est vieillot, volets roulants bruyant, vieux et la fenetre de la terrasse ne se fermait pas..

Nous avons été reçu par l’agent de sécurité, pas de réception, pas de restaurant, pas de petit déjeuner, aucun service de prévu au départ. EXTRÊMEMENT DÉÇU !!!
Même pour rendre les clés, personne ne nous a répondu, nous avons dû laisser les clés dans la chambre sans l’avis de personnes.

Résidence agreable, appartement confortable, peu de rangements par contre.
Côté jardin très bruyant à cause du camping.

Poor bathroom facilities- toilet out of order on arrival. Shower connection difficult to use and loose . Kitchen shelving much too high. Seating uncomfortable and inadequate. Internet connection poor.

We has a lovely spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with small private garden to the rear and patio off both bedrooms meant there was always somewhere to sit out and enjoy the sun. We stayed early October and our only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was closed for winter even though it was still very hot and sunny. Also as the summer season was over, the whole area was very quiet with many shops and restaurants closed for winter.

We had phoned the hotel in advance and confirmed that we had a first floor apartment with sea view. When we arrived we were allocated a ground floor room without sea view. We later swapped with another family who had been provided a first floor room when they had requested a ground floor room. There were a number of other instances where information provided by the hotel staff was incorrect.

In addition, the website was very misleading. This indicates that the apartments are owned and managed by the hotel. The reality is that they have no control over the apartments as they are individually owned. The décor and space available in our apartment were not in keeping with the standards of the hotel and thus could not be classed as 4*.
