A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.

Please note that a maximum of 1 dog can be accommodated in two of the Comfort Double Rooms. This is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only, with an additional fee of EUR 17.50 per night. There is a separate entrance and dogs are not allowed in the other areas of the property.

Some of the apartments are located outside of the hotel.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Decent size room and comfortable bed

Cons:

No warning at time of booking that the duplex suite was dark and small and had very steep potentially dangerous steps.
No mention at time of check in that hotel doors locked at 10pm and how to gain access after lockup.

Engels sprekend personeel ‘s avonds bij de bar ( waren goed en keurig maar we zijn in Nederland)

Pros:

Excellent breakfast formula. Excellent location.

Cons:

Difficult access to the room. Room was small and organized in a way that circulating with two people was really difficult. This was not clear from the pictures or description of the room.
The walls are poorly insulated, so nightly noises from other guests were disturbing.
Public car parking is at a distance and rather expensive

Pros:

Centrale ligging, mooi historisch hotel, hedendaags ingericht. Mooie comfortabele kamer. Zeer vriendelijk en kerkwaarts personeel. Prima ontbijt. Correcte prijs.

Pros:

We hadden appartement Violet. Appartement lag schuin tegenover het Hotel.
Appartement zag er keurig uit. Goede sfeer, bagageservice, hotelpersoneel was erg vriendelijk.
Ontbijt was echt super uitgebreid verzorgd. Je kreeg het ontbijt aan tafel geserveerd.

Goede rustige overnachting, dichtbij ons evenement.
Pros:

Uitestekende locatie. We hadden parkeerproblemen verwacht (in verband met beperkte mobiliteit), maar er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt.

Cons:

Natte honden voor je kamerdeur is niet wat je in een klasse-hotel verwacht.

Das war das letzte Mal für uns im Hotel The Roosevelt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schöne in der nähe des Stadtkerns von Middelburg gelegen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu dunkel.
Es gab kaum Hacken um die Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Es gab keinen Schrank nur eine kleine Kommode und ein Regal. Das ist zu wenig.
Der Zimmerservice hat uns einmal "vergessen". Wenigstens Handtücher und Toilettenrollen hätte man vor die Tür legen können.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit dem Zimmerservice zu signalisieren, ob das das Zimmer frei oder belegt ist.
Es wurden Handtücher ausgetauscht die nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Das ist nicht Nachhaltig.
Der Kühlschrank hat seinen Namen nicht verdient und war auch noch zu laut.
Die Tische im Frühstücksraum sind zu klein.
