El personal fue muy amable , la recepción muy bonita. Es un lugar con un potencial enorme si pulen algunos detalles.
La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Sugiero barrer las hojas y frutos secos el patio del comedor.
Las sábanas no estaban totalmente limpias , pero se resolvió muy bien.
La habitación tenía un poco de humedad
El personal hizo mucho ruido en la mañana antes de iniciar el desayuno afectando el descanso

Hotel con la mejor ubicación
Pros:

Este es mi hotel favorito. Tiene una ubicación excelente, muy conveniente para moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad. La atención del personal es siempre amable y profesional, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que siempre quiero volver.

Cons:

La experiencia es muy buena en general; como oportunidad de mejora, podría considerarse la actualización de las toallas, que muestran el desgaste propio del uso continuo. Siempre elijo este hotel por su ubicación privilegiada y el excelente trato del personal.

Espectacular
Pros:

El entorno y las instalaciones hacen que realmente se sienta un ambiente de relajación y alto estado de confort, la limpieza de la habitación y su tamaño estuvo genial, igualmente la limpieza del baño

Cons:

Me cobraron un precio exorbitante por una toalla levemente manchada, el gerente aseguró que no se podía quitar la mancha y que debían cobrarme una nueva por la fina calidad de esta, pero la calidad de la toalla para nada era lo que decían. Conozco del mundo textil y claramente no era de alta calidad, parecía más bien una excusa para cobrar de más. Muy inconforme con esta experiencia.

Excelene ubicación en cabecera en un punto tranquilo y super central con facil acceso a todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Todo el personal muy atento y servicial, y el desayuno delicioso. Volveré sin duda.

Grandiosa! Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buen hotel precio-calidad. Además la calidad del personal es outstanding! De igual manera está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, segura y fácil de llegar a pie a restauranmtes y bares en Cabecera. Lo recomiendo para volver!

Cons:

Estuvimos en una habitación que quizá por su ubicación, hace que se escuche fácilmente el ruido del patio. Por lo demás, todo perfecto, súper cómo para descansar.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Pros:

Highly recommend. This is a charming little hotel with exceptional service. I have actually stayed here three times already. I left to see other places in the area and kept coming back. The neighborhood is great, a big park is a half block away, there are plenty of stores and a variety of restaurants very nearby. Not too close to el centro, but load the DiDi app on your phone and for $2.00 you can hop on the back of a motorcycle (cars are available too) and be there in ten minutes.
