Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Essen schmeckt super lecker.

A pleasant experience in professionalism
Pros:

The staff was extremely professional. Even through some hiccups they maintained professionalism, were always polite and helpful. It's somewhat easy to find a nice looking place but somewhat harder to find professional personnel. If you want to be cared for, here you will be.
The place was clean, the food was great and we even got packed breakfast when we had to leave early.

Cons:

At our room the matraces could use replacement as they had a valley in the middle.

Ogólnie było ok.
Pros:

Śniadanie urozmaicone było całkiem dobre . Nie zarezerwowałem wcześniej miejsca parkingowego ale Pani okazała się elastyczna . I opłata za parking to jedyne 8 euro w innych hotelach było znacznie drożej .

Cons:

Jeden expres to za mało na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy , bardzo mała łazienka i recepcjonistka stanowczo stwierdziła że po angielsku nie rozmawia . Brak w pokoju czajnika elektycznego . Trochę słabo .

Очень хороший завтрак 👍
Мы жили в корпусе Palace, светлые красивые интерьеры с великолепными видами из окна, очень уютный комфортный номер, все замечательно!
вообще комфорт здесь чувствуется во всем, от первой минуты пребывания, мы очень довольны- соотношение цена-качество оптимальное.

Cons:

немного непонятен вопрос сауной- если есть для гостей бесплатный доступ в бассейн, почему нужно платить за обычную сауну, не хамам? никогда такого не видела в отелях, обычно это идет пакетом к проживанию- бассейн плюс сауна, если какие-то изыски, можно доплатить, ну а так...
от источников нужно подниматься к отелю в гору, мы с мужем люди мобильные, но кому-то это может не подойти

Cons:

A reggelinél koszos poharak, evőeszközök, vizes tànyèrok voltak! A szőnyeg olyan mocskos, hogy évek óta nem làtott vizes takarítást, már rég cserére érett! A reggeli választéka és minősège sem jó. Az alkalmazottak csak ukránul és oroszul beszélnek és a szobát takarító hölgyet kivève, modortalanok. A kedvesség, udvariassàg, vendégkátás teljes hiánya.

Velmi příjemný hotel v dobré lokalitě. Doporučuji!
Pros:

S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Měli jsme pokoj s krásným výhledem. Pokoj čistý, pohodlné postele, žádný problém. Snídaně byly po celou dobu podávání doplněné, nabídka byla pestrá a chutná.
