Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna. Blisko do przystanków tramwajowych, bardzo blisko pieszo na Wawel czy Kazimierz. Ciche miejsce, nie słychać szumu z drogi. Bardzo fajna opcja z podgrzewana podłoga w łazience. Czajnik, zestaw herbat, lodówka z minibarem w pokoju. Duży telewizor z dość fajnym wyborem kanałów. Pyszne śniadania, bardzo urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, zarówno na ciepło jak i zimno i słodko.
Mały minus za łóżko, pomimo, że materac dość twardy, trudno było się na nim wyspać. Będąc z kilkulatkiem, jednak trzeba zamawiac dostawke, przy tej wielkości łóżka, pomieścić się w trójkę jest trudno. Nie ma żadnego kącika dla dzieci, chociaż z drugiej strony rozumiem też, że go bardziej hotel konferencyjny.
Widok z okna na parking i drugi duży budynek, chociaż na krótki pobyt można przymknąć oko.

nie podobało mi sie, że podwójne łóżko składało się tak naprawdę z dwóch łóżek/dwóch materacy, które rozjeżdżały się na środku, co było niewygodne, do tego sąsiedzi z innych pokoj bylo dosyć głośni i wszystko było słychać przez cienkie ściany. Proponowałabym też użycie lepszych poduszek, bo aktualne są bardzo twarde.
