Hotel czysty, śniadania bardzo dobre z dużym wyborem. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Mały minus za wykładziny w pokojach – przydałoby się je odświeżyć i dokładniej wyczyścić.

Hotel fajny ale cena śniadania moim zdaniem totalnie nieadekwatna/ za wysoka.
W dzień wymeldowania między 10:30 a 11:00 (gdzie godzina wymeldowania to 12:00) dwukrotnie ktoś (chyba) z pracowników wbił nam do pokoju (2 różne osoby), niby przeprosili ale wtf?

Niestety tym razem pobyt w hotelu okazał się ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Byłem tutaj już kilka razy i dlatego zdecydowałem się wrócić, ale poziom obsługi i standard pokoju pozostawiają wiele do życzenia.

Specjalnie zarezerwowałem pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, ponieważ w ofercie na Booking widniała informacja o widoku na miasto. Po zameldowaniu okazało się jednak, że „widok na miasto” oznacza parking za hotelem. Gdy zgłosiłem to na recepcji, usłyszałem jedynie, że hotel nie gwarantuje pokoju z widokiem. Zero chęci rozwiązania problemu.

Po chwili zadzwoniła recepcja z informacją, że znalazł się dla mnie inny pokój. Myślałem, że w końcu dostanę ten zgodny z ofertą, ale dostałem jeszcze gorszy pokój – na samym końcu hotelu, z małym łóżkiem i widokiem dosłownie na nic.

Na tym niestety nie koniec. W łazience podczas kąpieli odpadał tynk z sufitu prosto na głowę. To już kompletny brak dbałości o standard i bezpieczeństwo gości. Załączam zdjęcia, bo ciężko w to uwierzyć.

Jestem zażenowany całą sytuacją. Po tylu wcześniejszych pobytach nie spodziewałem się takiego traktowania. Więcej do tego hotelu nie wrócę.

Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat aproape de castelul Wawel,pe malul raului Vistula intr-o zona curata si moderna,aprox 15 minute de mers pana in centrul vechi
Camere curate,confortabile,mic dejun de exceptie!

Pros:

A fost curat in cameră.

Cons:

Pozele de la micul dejun de pe Booking nu arată realitatea de la fata locului.
Pentru sucurile de frunze și legume sunt câteva opțiuni, nu așa cum sunt in poze. Nu am avut somon in nicio dimineața din cele 3.
Nu îmi place sistemul de încălzire/aerisire din cameră care face zgomot toată noaptea..
Nu este atât de aproape de centru, e ceva de mers pe jos. Iar noi suntem pentru mișcare și mers pe jos și ni s-a părut mult.
