Excelente ubicación, habitación amplia y camas muy cómodas. Personal súper amable!
Apenas llegas ves el muro de la recepción sucio y manchado, el área desordenada. Todo el hotel se ve bonito, pero cuando miras al detalle todo se ve en regular estado, como viejo o mal aseado. En la habitación pasa lo mismo, los muebles en maderas rotos, despegados, el cielo raso del baño desacomodado, arreglos muy mal hechos y mal acabados etc. Definitivamente le falta una administración mucho mas estricta y detallista. El hotel no está mal pero esperaba mucho mas. No me alojaría allí de nuevo.

Caja fuerte no funcionó , y nunca me la arreglaron ni cambiaron (no me dieron ninguna explicación ), no hubo buena atención al momento del check in , negativas para todo .

Différents petits problèmes sur les factures de notre groupe de 6 . Ceux ci ont été rectifiés mais peut être former un peu plus sur l enregistrement et consommables de l hôtel.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and everything was well presented and delicious. The location was perfect
