I loved everything about this place!
The room, the staff, the breakfast, the views!
Such a magical place!
We had an amazing time at Le Sirenuse.
It was my wife’s dream to come there and it suddenly became my dream when we arrived.
Thank you
We stayed here in September for our honeymoon and the shower glass in our room suddenly shattered. My husband narrowly avoided being hurt. The staff cleaned it up, but the next morning the manager questioned if we had touched the glass instead of apologizing. The manager/owner was way to passionate on explaining how special their glass were and that it shouldn’t hurt us even if my husband were in the bathroom. It was a really upsetting experience, especially given the cost and reputation of the hotel. The manager/owner offered 50% the second night and that was it. Hilarious. Sharing this so future guests should avoid this hotel if you care about your own safety. At $3.5k a night, this hotel isn’t worth it and they need a serious renovation considered how poorly the shower glass installed, which lead to it being exploded randomly. The chance is never 0% and you stay at your own risk.
Stunning interior design. Immaculate.
Nothing to add here.
This was a last minute trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Le Sirenuse is nothing less than magical. It is a reprieve from a chaotic world that transports you to a simpler, yet more opulent era. The rooms…the views…the service, are all extraordinary. The Staff could not be more gracious or accommodating. From evening cocktails at Aldo’s with a postcard picture landscape, to the phenomenal food and presentation at La Sponda, I’ve found no other Resort in the world compares to this magnificent property. Thank you Le Sirenuse…we’ll be back next June and are already counting down the days.
Often we walk into stunning hotels in the most perfect setting, but rarely we walk into hotel that also has its own soul and captures our heart.
The family and designers of this magnificent place fell in love with their guests and then design for them not the other way and that is a rare find!
I will not write on the food and accommodation because it was simply put, perfect, from the fresh and highest of quality ingredients to the most thoughtful design and details, I’ve never been to a place that was simply perfect in every way. Their people are incredible and will welcome you with open arms and big heart.
I will mention how they thoughtfully care for you, the guests with all the small gestures they do for you as they set your room, before bed time, the way they design the windows in your room to enjoy the setting but to enjoy your quiet too. All the endless extras no one else does for you…
The experience felt like a gift you gift yourself, it’s a treat, a celebration of comfort and joy!
Romantic cliffside icon with faultless service, breezy rooms and terraces that frame the bay; reserve well ahead, linger over breakfast, and time dinner to catch the lights coming on across Positano.
Todo genial, el desayuno excepcional
The views!!! This hotel must have some of the best views of positano. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing and has been designed so beautifully both inside and outside.
We had got engaged a few days before and we were given an upgrade which was absolutely spectacularly. This really made our trip to Positano and we are very thankful for the staff for arranging this!
The staff were wonderful and so helpful- they honestly couldn’t do enough for us. A big thank you to the breakfast staff who were so attentive and so kind, I have never been looked after so well. Nothing was too big of an ask and they did everything they could to accommodate us! They are worth their weight in gold!!!
I will for sure be back :)
We found a couple of the waiting staff in the ‘don’t worry bar’ not so friendly. On our first night after dinner I fancied a coffee which I ordered however I felt like I was being pushed to order a cocktail which I didn’t want. The young girl also came across quite rude and dismissive. We didn’t go back after that experience.
We had also booked a boat trip to Nerano which had to be cancelled due to the weather which was totally understandable. It would have been great to have been offered to be driven elsewhere (in the same group who were booked on the boat) as a backup for this but never the less the sunset trip we did manage to do on our first night was incredible- a special thanks to the staff on the boat who looks after us!
Perhaps the top rated hotel in the world and the views of the sea and Positano are just the icing on the cake. The entire hotel staff exemplifies the meaning of the word hospitality, from the welcoming arrival, to the gracious front desk, the knowledgeable concierge, the friendly luggage porters, the bartenders, the amazing restaurant service, the chefs, the caring pool attendants and immaculate housekeeping. Every detail for a relaxing and luxurious stay has been well thought out and impeccably executed by Le Sirenuse. The entire property is maintained in perfect condition with no signs of wear and tear. The art collection is amazing and well displayed throughout the property. My experience at this hotel made me feel as if I was a welcome member of the Le Sirenuse family. Grazie Mille !
Splendid stay! We were three couples who desired to travel to Positano provided we could secure rooms at the highly praised Le Sirenuse. We were successful and thrilled to end our Italy vacation by spending four memorable nights at this welcoming boutique hotel centrally situated in the heart of the town with restaurants, gelato, shops and breathtaking views all around us.
On our first day, we arrived very late after experiencing delays, traffic and other complications but the staff, in particular Agata, aware of our situation, was waiting to greet us with smiles, champagne and their genuine assurances that they would help make our stay a pleasant one.
There is a certain warmth and energy that flows throughout every part of the hotel. The guest rooms are a mix of traditional furnishings with modern amenities and comforts. The mounted heated towel rack, teak wood shower floors, and Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom were duly noted and appreciated. Every area of the hotel is thoughtfully and whimsically designed to create a casually elegant and intimate Mediterranean vibe, including the beautiful and colorful mosaic tiled pool.
The staff make it a point to get to know you to personalize the experience and make sure that you are satisfied. We were enthusiastically greeted by Vincenzo every morning at breakfast — and at night when we dined at La Sponda. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day — the fruit, the salads, the tomatoes, the homemade granola, the fresh eggs and the desserts — all while taking in the front row views of the Amalfi landscape and sea. We enjoyed dinners at La Sponda for a more upscale meal with truffles, candlelit ambiance and delightful musical duo and the more casual Aldo’s for delicious burgers. As always, service was attentive but not intrusive.
As a group, we value having a gym, especially to work off all the gelato. The gym was well attended to by Claudia, stocked with towels, snacks and water, and
constantly sanitized. Several in our group enjoyed the walking — rather the strenuous
climbing — excursions led by Giovanni at 8
am. I joined one and found a sense of pride for having endured thousands of steep steps before breakfast. Extra dessert for me that day!
Somehow, on a whim, I squeezed in time for two excellent 25 minute massages by Marco as well as enjoyed the steam room and sauna. I appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate massage services on very short notice.
The sunset cruise offered by the hotel and led by Carlo was a relaxing way to spend our last night for a quick jaunt on the sea
before our final supper.
This hotel is in a class by itself. Just outside its doors is a busy and bustling area, yet once you enter Le Sirenuse, you have transcended through time and leave your worries behind. Thank you to the entire staff who made us all feel seen.
Everything - it is old school classic charm with the most spectacular views and extremely special caring staff.. they really are the heart and soul of this Hotel - they make everybody feel so special!! Also for Hotel built into a cliff , it still has an amazing gym and Spa which we were not expecting!!
absolutely nothing!!!
Impeccable. It's hard to imagine more considerate service -- not scripted, not staged, just a sincere sense of welcome. The location is stunning and the food superb. My suggestion: We enjoyed their "casual" dining restaurant as much their "elegant." (And the breakfast from 7:30 to 11:30 is superb).
