A lovely welcome from the lady in reception. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent spot across the road from the new stadium and plenty of food and drink options nearby.

Great being close to the centre and the Rivrside Markets are only 15mins stroll time

Recommend this hotel if looking for somewhere in south west of city.
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable bed, good bathroom and kitchen/cooking facilities. Would be great location for stadium events. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Parking easy but not a lot of spaces.

Cons:

No opening windows.

Stayed over easter wewkwnd before flying home. Extremely quiet so we score a great rate. Lovely clean room with kitchenette. Enjoyed our stay.
