Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwischen der Metro und einer Durchgangsstraße. Es ist schlecht isoliert und sehr laut.

This hotel is very near my parents apartment and we celebrated a belated Christmas with them.
Pros:

The location is very near the Green Line Lechmere station and near Cambridge Street. The staff was great. Michelle, the manager, was especially helpful and kind.

Pros:

L'emplacement était pratique. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied depuis l'hôtel.

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivés, le lit de nos enfants n'était pas fait. Nous avons dû descendre à l'accueil pour demander des draps et des oreillers. On nous a répondu qu'ils étaient en rupture d'oreillers. Aucun geste commercial et personne n'est venu le lendemain non plus.
Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas particulièrement aimables non plus...
