有自己的停車場，旁邊很多吃的，打掃很乾淨，隔音也不錯

Cons:

設備有些舊，冷氣應該要定期清理不太冷，往上看濾網都是灰塵，一進房有潮濕的味道，電視沒有YouTube/netflix
