Pros:

Front desk staff were very helpful. I was able to extend my trip with no issues. It was clean and housekeeping kept my room clean. Location was great and near a famous night market in Taichung. Good value. It was 20min taxi ride from city center.

Cons:

I stayed room 706, the floor at the bathroom entry and a small part of the loft area was warped.
