隔音不好

如果要先在南投的風景區旅遊一天可以先在此過夜，而且離埔里市區很近，晚上很好解決覓食問題。早上用完早餐可以參觀飯店的生態園區，如果要上合歡山，這裡剛好是山下七點，開車動線真的很方便。服務人員都非常親切、湯屋的水質也很好。

帶3歲小孩入住，兩大床、附早餐，還有浴缸，乾濕分離，非常舒適。9：00吃完早餐，走走園區11：00再退房，時間很充裕。園區內的服務也都很客氣有禮，整體來說很滿意！

渡假村很值得一住
Pros:

整體園區規劃的很多元又豐富，小朋友玩的很開心，自然原始的生態，可以感覺園區整理環境的用心。
唯一就是浴室地磚很滑，小朋友洗澡摔了一跤，若是能做好防滑就更完美了

很棒的住宿體驗
Pros:

整體住宿經驗很棒, 住了二晚, 因第一晚到達時間較晚, 飯店也致電來關心並告知到達後的聯絡方式. 房間乾淨整潔, 冷熱池的溫泉設計非常棒! 唯一覺得床墊有點硬, 且翻身時較大聲. 另外就是因為早上開始陸續有旅遊團進來園區參觀, 各領隊的擴音器會吵人.

園區很漂亮, 到處都可拍出美景. 住宿也有 DIY 手作活動, 早餐食物也好吃, 下次還會再來入住!

離市區近的親子住宿
Pros:

住宿環境良好，房間內有很大的溫泉浴池非常好，房間清潔、床的舒適度都不錯。離埔里市區很近，叫foodpanda送小吃也ok。早餐有在地特產茭白筍，餐點選擇種類也算多。渡假村裡有漂亮的草地、小型游泳池、沙坑等，適合小朋友玩樂。櫃臺人員的服務態度稍嫌冷淡，入住時的園區介紹也較為草率。整體而言，算是還ok的親子住宿。

Great hotel/resort but avoid non-peak periods
Pros:

This is my fourth stay in this hotel/resort and I must say that I'm still very impressed with the quality of the place. The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served. As it was winter, it was quite appalling to know that the buffet dishes were served without food warmers. Hence, we had to settle with cold vegetables and french fries which weren't appetizing. The only warm food we had for breakfast was a cup of hot coffee/tea. Even the toasted bread that we asked the hotel staff to help us toast using the oven was not as hot as we thought it would have been. Overall, I'm pleased with the hotel but not so much for the breakfast in my fourth stay here.

We only stay for one night, but it was very nice. Look as good as in the photos, beautiful and peaceful views. Big and clean room, awesome breakfast. We will go back to this hotel next time.

Exceptional quality
Pros:

At the entrance, it does not look very attractive. Reception staff is professional, room is big and clean, comparable to famous international hotels. We stayed at a room with 2 big hot spring bathtubs, one for cold. We spent 2 hours walking around in the gardens/farms. Very impressive stay!
