A good stay in Santa Marta
Pros:

A very cozy boutique hotel in Santa Marta,walking distance to the promenade by the sea and close to restaurants and shops.
Nice communal patio with small pools for the late afternoon rest.
Common table for breakfast that was good.

Cons:

When we arrived our room was with no hot water we let know the staff and it took almost 24 hours to be sorted and several complaints,in the meanwhile our room wasn’t even made up.
Breakfast as told good in quality but very slow

A Comfortable and Affordable Stay in a Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The space was always clean by the time I came back at the end of the day, and the staff was incredibly helpful with anything we asked for. Whether it was recommendations for where to go and how to get there, laundry services, or room service, every question we had was resolved with a detailed answer. Some things we learned from the staff: Tayrona park is a cheap bus ride from the center of Santa Marta, there are a number of tours that will pick you up directly from the hotel (e.g. Minca coffee and chocolate tour), Lulo is a delicious spot to eat, and the hotel has laundry services for an extra cost. Additionally, the inside of the building and the pools are gorgeous! Can’t recommend this place enough!

La chambre était espacieuse. Les endroits communs et les piscines sont vraiment sympa.

Cons:

Même si c'est dans l’hyper centre. Malheureusement le quartier n'est pas top (pas très sécurisé ni propre). Ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel mais de la municipalité.

El hotel es maravilloso, además está ubicado en el centro histórico. Las habitaciones son cómodas y acogedoras. La piscina es estupenda y el personal nos ayudó mucho con toda la organización de excursiones, etc. En definitiva, un hotel super recomendable.

Amo este hotel, es al que siempre voy cuando viajo a Santa Marta. Es limpio, bonito, la comida deliciosa, las habitaciones cómodas, el internet bueno, las piscinas cómodas.

Muy agradable lugar, un verdadero oasis en donde queda, es muy agradable la atención, desayuno, las piscinas, etc todo muy agradable

Habitaciones amplias y confortables, buenas instalaciones ,piscinas varias, buen restaurante y bar, muy buen atención , recomendable totalmente.

Cons:

La ubicación a pesar de estar muy cerca del centro y del ambiente, las calles de la propia manzana del hotel tienen poca luz, algún indigente, nos movíamos siempre en uber, ya que no era agradable. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Hermosísimo hotel boutique
Pros:

El Hotel Boutique Casa Carolina está publicitado en varios blogs de viajeros, y no es para menos, con su preciosa arquitectura, sus varias piscinas internas, varios niveles, vegetación. Es tal cual lo ves en las fotos. Está a suficiente distancia del centro (unos 500 metros) como para sentir que se está cerca y a la vez no tener todo el bullicio del centro. En eso es ideal.

Cons:

La habitación, por el contrario, me defraudó un poco, y es allí donde se nota que la reforma tiene ya algunos años. El mobiliario gastado, sin conexiones para usb, el aire acondicionado viejito (y con otro móvil para complementarlo). El resultado fue que casi no estuve en la habitación, y sí en las áreas comunes y en la piscina. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero no espectacular, y podría mejorar con algo más de frutas, croissants y quesos.

Pros:

Buena estadía. Buen servicio, el hotel es muy lindo y la gente de recepción muy amable. Pudimos dejar nuestras valijas mientras visitábamos el Parque Tayrona.
