Pas mal
Pros:

- La proximité avec le centre historique de santa marta (5min a pied)
- La chambre spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire.
- Les différentes piscines a disposition
- Hôtel bien sécurisé
- Café, thé ainsi que de l'eau a disposition et a volonté gratuitement

Cons:

- Les rues aux alentours, sentiments d insécurité totale (beaucoup de toxico). Rues connues pour être 'craignosse'
- Chambre nettoyé à n'importe quelle heure de la journée (18h00 pour ma part).
- Petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel

Proximité du centre par contre dangereux la
Nuit. Ne pas se promener tout seul

Cons:

La salle de bain très humide et mal agencée. Petit déjeuner moyen par rapport aux autres hôtels en Colombie.

Ya me había quedado en tiempos anteriores en el hotel y decidí ir de nuevo con mi Familia porque había tenido una experiencia formidable; (anteriormente me habia enamorado el aseo y el excelente servicio), caso diferente a esta estadía, el aseo en el baño social, y el de la habitación NO fue nada bueno, la atención en el desayuno fue bastante regular en especial a la hora del desayuno, el servicio al cliente desmejoro muchísimo; quede muy triste y mas que estaba con mi Familia y no volvería a repetir la experiencia.

L'architecture est très jolie le personnel très accueillent et la nourriture est de qualité

Cons:

La dureté du lit et l'absence de couverture (le lit est changer tous les jour rien a dire juste qu'il n'a pas de vrai couverture seulement des draps)

This was a good choice for my stay, comfortable, safe and near the local sites.
Pros:

I stayed here In January--the room was lovely. I requested a room with a balcony. I was a bit disappointed with the balcony but the room actually was more like suite which I was very satisfied with it. The balcony looked onto a narrow like passageway (difficulty to describe). The breakfast was nice, made to order fresh , you had choices from a menus to pick from. The pools were lovely--not swimming type pool but just to get cooled down. The view from the rooftop was quite nice. The location was good--it was on the edge of the activity during the night. You were walking distance to the "malecon", restaurants, plazas. I felt safe walking to and from even at night as long as I didn't go away from the historial district. I would recomment this hotel to my friends.

Cons:

The trash outside the hotel. I asked about this at the front desk and they replied it was how the wind blew and collected just outside their entrance around the curb area.

Great hotel not far from the beach front
Pros:

The actual hotel itself, the breakfast, the room and the location I loved.

But the big thing was Leonardo, who checked me in and upgraded my room. He was excellent, professorial, friendly and helpful. Arranged transport to the airport for me too. All other staff were great an really enjoyed my stay here.

Cons:

Nothing - it was ideal for me.
