Relax nel cuore della città
Pros:

La parte esterna della struttura è molto bella e accogliente. Ottima e varia la colazione.

Staying at Casa Carolina was a highlight of our Santa Marta visit because it was so comfortable, relaxing and welcoming.
Pros:

We loved the open airy feel to this beautiful hotel. The renovations of this heritage building were very efficiently and tastefully done. Although the pools are small, just seeing and hearing the water, especially across from the restaurant was wonderfully refreshing. Our room on the ground floor was spacious, very handy and well equipped. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, both in the buffet and from the menu. Our one lunch in the dining room was especially delicious, with service at all times pleasant and prompt. Coffee and tea available in the dining room at all times was a really nice touch. The cleaning staff and receptionist were very accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. On a quiet street (not always the tidiest street), it was within easy walking distance to the malecon, to interesting restaurants and several tourist attractions.

Cons:

It is hard to think of anything that we didn’t like.

Oasis de fraîcheur au coeur de Santa Marta
Pros:

Très bon boutique hôtel, bien situé au coeur de Santa Marta. Personnel agréable. Un petit cocon de fraîcheur avec ses nombreuses piscines et sa végétation. Les différents hébergements sont bien repartis, pas de sensation d'être les uns sur les autres. Nous avons eu l'occasion de séjourner dans le seul appartement de l'hôtel. Très bon hébergement avec ses 3 terrasses (juste un peu bruyant). Excellent petit déjeuner !

Cons:

Les déchets devant l'hôtel qui affectent l'image de ce magnifique endroit.

Hôtel absolument charmant, service client tres a l’écoute (lors de changements de plans notamment, très jolie architecture, chambres confortables, un lieu extrêmement agréable pour servir de base aux excursions autour de Santa Marta.

Ottima struttura, peccato la zona.
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, uno stile particolare. La piscina centrale è un buon punto per rilassarsi e offre la possibilità anche utilizzare il servizio bar. Staff super disponibile con cui è possibile organizzare le escursioni o altro.

Cons:

La posizione non è delle migliori, l'ingresso da su calle 12 una via sporca e piena di tossici/barboni che ti importunano quando esci. Non è presente un ascensore per i bagagli pesanti.

Beautiful hotel, big comfortable rooms with balcony, interesting colonial style, pools and jakuza to disposal, kind staff. Rich options for breakfast, possibility to order dinner, well supplied bar. The hotel is safe.

Cons:

Location - the street doesn’t feel very safe especially after 6 p.m. - homeless drunk people begging…

Attractive, well designed hotel.
Pros:

Back here again. We were impressed two years ago with the attractive design of this hotel and its rooms and three pools. Even better this time, with the two storey glass-encased suite on the top of the building. Handily placed too for a short stroll into the central area of town, with its plentiful places to eat.

Cons:

Not a problem for us, but be prepared for lots of stairs if you have one of the upper rooms

Das Personal war sehr kulant und gab uns ein besseres Zimmer ohne Aufpreis, (hatte kein Fenster…)

Pros:

La chambre luxueuse, les espaces communs et les trois piscines.
La jeune femme à la réception qui était adorable. Le reste du personnel également.

Cons:

L’emplacement est visiblement dangereux la nuit. Le personnel qui parle fort dès 4h du matin.

Pros:

Destaco la amabilidad y buena voluntad del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a brindar un buen servicio.
También me gustó mucho que este todo muy limpio.

Cons:

No me gustó la ubicación del hotel, se sentía inseguridad sobre todo durante la noche cuando salíamos a cenar.

De knusheid van de accommodatie! Leuke zitjes, restaurantje en bar. Gratis koffie, thee en water, dit maakt zoveel af!
Water was wat aan de koude kant maar wel lekker om te relaxen.
Zeer ruime kamer met mini koelkast.

Cons:

Geen lift als je op 4 hoog zit, met bagage en koffers best pittig.
De straat is niet zo prettig en hygiënisch (pis en zwervers) toch op loopafstand van het centrum om te eten.
