The price is low, but hear me out..
Pros:

Convenient parking, close to the airport

Cons:

Windows don't open and there is no air conditioning. I can't imagine how this works in summer. Bathroom door doesn't close because it's scraping on the floor.

Shower tap handle fell off the first time I touched it. It resulted in burning my hand a bit, because water temperature could be set very high.

Also, half-used toilet paper roll was left after the previous guest.

Kettle was probably new, because it still had the tiny "do not eat" silica gel bag inside. Make sure to check for that before you make yourself a tea.

Through the whole night, you can clearly hear loud thuds of the door in the hallway.

Cherry on top - fire alarm on the whole floor set off around 6 am. It stopped after like 5 minutes.

No clue about how the breakfast is though. I wasn't so brave after all these previous experiences.
