Pros:

櫃檯服務態度親且專業，雖然是老式飯店不過乾淨整潔，房間空間夠大很舒服，浴室蓮蓬頭水壓夠強，馬桶水壓較小，入住時遇到馬桶無法沖水的狀況，致電櫃台後約10分鐘內就有人員來處理，整體入住體驗還是非常好的，價格實惠地理位置也便利。

最初に案内された部屋の雰囲気が悪く、たまたま備え付けの金庫が壊れていたため、部屋を変えていただきました。その部屋に関しては新目で問題ありませんでした。ベランダに洗濯機と洗剤、物干しが完備され、私のような出張者には助かりますy

There wasn't any dining option at the hotel. Breakfast was served to the room but there wasn't any menu or options for the breakfast. I had to order the food from outside.

Huge room! Awesome bathroom!
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located to my work place. The person at reception was very friendly, helpful and quick with my check in. She seemed to take a lot of pride in her work.

The hotel was a bit dated, but that added to its charm. My room was huge and even had a washing machine for me to use. The big washroom and soaker tub were the highlights and there was even a Japanese toilet with heated seat.

I was a bit disappointed that they still have restrictions on opening the breakfast area. Breakfast was brought to my room, and was not so exciting. With that being said, I’d definitely stay here again.

1.房門卡片常發生問題.
2. 第一次找服務人員處理,處理速度快速,但第二次有問題請服務人員處理,讓客戶等了將近半小時,感覺非常差!

Pros:

馬桶堵塞 房間屋頂漏水 浴室排風扇壞掉 空調有問題 早餐難以入口 房間不斷的傳來莫名的雜音 房間有醜陋無法移走的指示燈 浴室發霉 電視邊角破掉不能更換！
