Pros:

The staff were amazing, we got an instant upgrade as we were checking in, the staff were helpful with everything from excursions to helping us make phone calls to excursions we had booked ourselves.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen, aber vielen positiven Eindrücken.
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der große und vollständig ausgestattete Fitnessbereich. Es gab viele verschiedene Geräte, sodass für jedes Training etwas dabei war.

Außerdem war die Aussicht auf das Meer einfach wunderschön und hat den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht.

Cons:

Weniger gut war, dass der Roomservice nur schwer erreichbar war. Mein Sohn wollte etwas bestellen, aber trotz mehrerer Versuche über die angegebene Telefonnummer konnten wir niemanden erreichen und haben es schließlich aufgegeben.

Außerdem war die WLAN-Verbindung im Hotel nicht überall stabil und teilweise zu schwach.

Great selection for breakfast :-)

Cons:

Price of laundry service was very expensive!

Some staff could have been more friendly and helpful! Increasingly got impression they were unwilling to help unless given a tip.

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Habitaciones muy amplias y las camas son muy cómodas. A destacar el servicio de limpieza, Amabilidad del personal e instalaciones. El desayuno tipo bufet rico y variado.
