Great location, but disappointing service
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The room was very spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. The breakfast lacked variety. We also had a problem with our room, which became flooded because of a leak from the air conditioning unit.
The main reason for this review, however, is that we asked the receptionist to call us a taxi. To our surprise, the driver who arrived was not a licensed taxi driver. He charged us twice the normal fare to take us to Sidi Bou Said in an old car with no air conditioning, despite the outside temperature being 40°C.

Pros:

The bathroom was big. Location is good. The breakfast lady was very sweet.

Overpriced. Room was old and in need of a serious upgrade. This hotel has seen better days.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la qualité de l'accueil.

Cons:

Aucune indication ou signalisation ne permettait d'identifier facilement l'hôtel, ce qui a rendu son repérage difficile. Une meilleure signalisation serait appréciée.
