La mayoría del personal es amable y están atentos a lo que requieras. Fue rápida la entrega de la habitación. Respetan los horarios para el check-in.

Cons:

No es la mejor ubicación, está lejos del comercio aunque en carro es cerca. Las camas son incómodas y es diferente a lo que pude ver en las fotos. El desayuno no son las mejores porciones y a veces está frío. En este momento hay mucho ruido por obras cercanas y, además, se escuchan las motos o vehículos.

Pros:

La atención del personal, muy dispuesto y amable tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, las zonas comunes muy lindas y cuidadas y el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron muy regular, se veía vieja muy vieja y pequeña totalmente diferente a las fotos, por el precio que nos cobraron me pareció bastante costoso para lo que era, el armario olía a guardado, si estaba limpia pero el ruido hacía la calle es insoportable deberían insonorizar las ventanas, eso le daría un plus inmenso, la zona no se ve tan chévere para caminar pero está cerca de los centros comerciales.
