One of the nicest rooms ever - legendary.

Beautiful place
Pros:

This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle!

Everything was perfect.
Pros:

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It is in a perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the main square through the lovely lanes. The food is incredible at the hotel and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. They really are perfect and cannot do enough for you. Best hotel in Krakow and we will definitely be returning.

Pros:

central location, very nice and helpful staff

Cons:

air conditioning didn’t work and it was too warm in the last floor apartment. the staff offered us Cava as a compensation, which was nice, yet still not very comfortable. the apartment is nicely furnished yet some of the couches would require cleaning
