One of the worst hotel experiences of my life!
We paid €280 for a one-night stay. When we arrived, there was a power outage due to nearby forest fires. I could understand that, but we had specifically chosen this hotel because we were told it had a generator! Since we booked through Booking.com and couldn’t get a refund, we had no choice but to stay.
BUT IT GOT EVEN WORSE!
At around 3:30–4:00 AM, a light directly opposite our bed suddenly turned on. It was connected to the generator and could not be switched off under any circumstances. Our entire night was completely ruined!
But what happened afterward was even more unbelievable.
After I posted a negative review, the hotel contacted me and offered to refund my money if I removed my review.
I accepted their offer in good faith and deleted my review. However, I never received the refund, and they never contacted me again!
Not only was our €280 getaway completely ruined, but the hotel also failed to honor its own promise.
Providing a terrible experience is one thing, but making a promise to a customer just to get a negative review removed and then failing to keep that promise is even more disappointing.
Absolutely unbelievable and completely unprofessional!
At this point, I no longer want a refund, and I will NOT be removing this review again.
Beautiful view. We were in room 11, which has a large balcony it was spacious. Staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay there again.
There is limited parking available and that can be hard if the hotel is full

Ruhige, idyllische Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Die großzügige Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel eingerichtet, und das Personal überzeugt durch seine herzliche Freundlichkeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, während das Restaurant mit schmackhaften Gerichten begeistert. Auch die Massage war wohltuend und professionell. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Hotel zurück.
Excellent private beach with lounge chairs. Quiet area, more away from the busier towns, but still close enough to drive to explore nearby towns. Beautiful view of the bay. Comfortable and clean rooms. Kind and helpful staff.
No real complaints. The only thing we would note is the breakfast was not as good as some of the other places we stayed on our trip.

Потрясающий отель! Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Местоположение просто идеальное - прямо у моря, а вид с балкона невероятный, можно сидеть и любоваться бесконечно. Очень хороший, уютный пляж.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - сервис действительно уровня хорошего пятизвёздочного отеля. Все очень внимательные, приветливые и профессиональные.
Завтраки отличные - вкусные, свежие, хороший выбор. Вообще от отеля остались только самые приятные впечатления. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова и однозначно рекомендуем!

un très un bel hôtel beaucoup de charme avec une jolie plage privée. Un petit déjeuné de qualité. l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la mer tout en étant loin de l’agitation de Kotor qui est à 15 min de voiture.
attention dans la suite deluxe un des lits est dans la mezzanine et l’escalier est très raide

В часы загрузки ресторана (завтрак и ужин), часто явно маловато персонала, не успевают, хоть и очень стараются.
