El personal es muy amable. El lugar está cerca del centro.

Para ser un apartamento no dispone casi de nada esencial para poder hacer comida ni limpiar ni casi asearte. Sí que en recepción nos dijeron que si faltaba algo les avisáramos, pero vaya,no había ni una triste bayeta ni una escoba para recoger cualquier cosa que se caiga y manche. Tampoco había opción de limpieza en la oferta que contraté .La ducha es muy estrecha, la cama bastante incómoda. Se oye absolutamente TODO.
Para aparcar también es muy complicado.

Ubicación.. wifi mal se iba y venía no podía acceder a familia por wsah ni ver series las sillas les faltan unos cojines para estar más cómodos o un pequeño 🛋️ sofá la ducha muy pequeña y incomoda se pegaba la cortina... recepción muy simpática la falta de microondas y secador

Mi sono trovato bene, il personale è stato gentilissimo, in più ho avuto un piccolo problema, avendo la bici elettrica, non sapevo dove parcheggiarla, e le ragazze gentilissime, mi hanno aiutato e hi parcheggiato a 100 metri in un parcheggio a pagamento custodito 24 ore la mia bici. Per info ho pagato il parcheggio 3 euro a notte. L'appartamento era accogliente e per me solo aveva tutti gli spazi e quello che poteva servirmi. Sono restato soddisfatto. Quando ripasserò a Santander ci tornerò sicuramente.

Deficiencias logísticas y falta de equipamiento básico.
Pros:

El trato del personal fue cordial y atento en todo momento.

Cons:

Aunque el personal me trató bien, es frustrante que no te mencionen que la limpieza del estudio lo realiza uno mismo y que no te den ni una escoba, y es muy tedioso tener que reactivar el Wi-Fi cada vez que regresas al estudio.

Habitación amplia con lo necesario para estancia corta

Cons:

Imposible aparcar en los alrededores.
Baño y ducha súper pequeño.
Ascensor pequeño y media hora esperando.
Las habitaciones están encima de una iglesia.
No insonorizado, se oye todo.
Muy insistentes en hacer checkin online varios días antes y descargar app para llave en móvil, para agilizar la entrada y resulta que tuvimos que estar esperando al llegar y hacer el chekin de nuevo y no nos dieron la llave móvil. Personal poco agradable.
