Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es la atención recibida por parte del personal en cuanto llegamos. Se necesitaba una aplicación para abrir las puertas (cosa que te avisan de antemano) y no sabíamos como utilizarla y nos lo explicó, al igual que respondió con mucha amabilidad a todas las dudas que tuvimos. La habitación estaba bien equipada con todo lo necesario, incluso con un ventilador de techo.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que las camas eran muy duras y en el momento en el que llegamos a nuestra planta, notamos mucho calor ya desde el pasillo. El calor era el mismo en la habitación y tuvimos que dormir en pleno invierno con el ventilador del techo puesto porque no se aguantaba el calor. Por el resto ninguna queja.

Esperaba bastante más del estudio...
Pros:

El servicio de recepción 24 horas.

Cons:

La cama es durísima (estoy acostumbrado a camas más blandas)
Algún cazo con suciedad
La ducha era tan pequeña(1m x 1 m) que la cortina se te pegaba al cuerpo (Antihigiénico total).
