Amazing beach views, wonderful staff service
Pros:

Amazing location, wonderful service, everyone is very friendly and attentive. Surpassed my expectations, the resort was such a wonderful part of my trip!
Staff is so helpful and welcoming, they were able to meet our every need (taxi, late check-out request, etc). Mohab Ayman and Ayman Ashour were particularly helpful and friendly!! Would absolutely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay in Sharm
Pros:

I liked that it has pretty nice beach with male animators in the morning and around sunset, DJ and good music, which is quite fun, the room was also clean and nice, staff very helpful, great hotel security. Massage at the hotel was also quite good.

Cons:

The hotel is quite big so you need this mini cars to travel around, also the private beach might feel a little bit overcrowded with lots of sunbeds,

Pros:

The Staff at the reception and guest services were absolutely amazing, always ready to help and try to solve any issue we had. I did feel that they were doing all in their power to make our stay comfortable. the cleaner on our floor was always friendly and the room was spotless. What we also found out that unlike some other hotels in the area Continental has own sandy beach, which makes it more accessible for people that don't want to go into the deep water, which is definitely a plus

Cons:

Hotel is extremely dated, the bedsheets were covered in pilling making it feel very rough on the skin (also rather embarrassing for the hotel-I've never had this before). Internet is virtually not existent (i had to work during the stay and it was impossible-the signal would drop every few minutes and at times connection would be gone for couple of hours - friendly ladies from the guest services tried to help us, but there's just so much one can do I guess).
Restaurants organization was absolutely terrible. Considering it's a buffet it took us forever to get any food, after waiting in line, every meal service became a battle to get at least something, forget about a pleasant dinner with the two-you are hunting for your food and your competition s hoards of other guests. We were in the hotel over new year and the new year dinner while looked fabulous was a disaster-we simply couldn't get any food because of the crowds (quality of food as such was sufficient, but nothing to write home about), many dishes were emptied by the few lucky ones that could get to them first (strawberries were emptied by first 3-5 people and so was seafood-we later have seen piles of unfinished food on tables) . We also had a very bad experience with a group of other guests playing music at high volumes in public areas at dinner and being generally disturbing to other guests (2 or 3 tables simply left after some time), we complained to the staff about it and they went to the guests and told them pointing at our table that others are complaining. Needless to say-with no effect, apart from us feeling rather unsafe (the group included number of men in high level of alcohol intoxication that was already previously been offensive towards me and my partner). So all together wouldn't recommend staying - there are plenty of other locations that could provide a better experience

Otelin mimarisi, çalışanların ilgili ve güler yüzlü olmaları, peyzaj yapısı, yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği çok güzeldi

Cons:

Klozetlerin kapakları yeterince arkaya açılmıyor ve otururken sırta değiyor, kalkınca da bazen kendiliğinden kapanıyor. Lavabolatdaki musluklar çok uzak kalıyorlar el kol yıkarken lavabonun ucuna değiyor. Banyo suyu yeterince basınçlı gelmiyor. Bir de oda temizliği biraz daha titizlikle yapılmalı, yerlerin silindiği bezler çok kirli ve eski görünüyordu.
