مكان جميل وتعامل موظفين جميل ايضاً

يحتاج لاجتهاد اكبر ومنها لا يوجد سلبر الى بالطلب ولا توجد سجادة صلاة نهائيا ولا يوجد ميزان لقياس الامتعة هذي الامور موجوده في جميع الفنادق السياحية وتعتبر اساسية واكبر مشكله موضوع التنقل من الفلل الى الاستقبال او المرافق اكثر من مره انتظر من ربع ساعه الى نص ساعه ولا تعدي سيارة نقل واحده حتى على الرغم من انهم ابلغوني كل 5 الى 10 دقايق تتواجد سيارات تمر ولكن مع الاسف مرتين نمشي للاستقبال ومسافة ماهي بسيطه ودورات المياه بدون شطاف المياه تكون من الداخل هذا للعلم ولكن لا يمنع من الاقامة

When we went to the hotel, it was written online that it was all inclusive. When we went there, they said that we could only upgrade it if we wanted breakfast and dinner, and we upgraded it by paying an extra fee for all inclusive. While buying alcoholic drinks at the open buffet in the evening, the waiter said that the bracelet was green and alcohol was not included, but in the information magazine they gave us, it was written that hard drinks were included in all inclusive at that moment, we were shocked and we were embarrassed, we couldn't even eat that evening because of sadness. Also, the food we put on the table was immediately thrown away by the waiters, I don't want to refill it again. Apart from that, the iron towel hanger fell on my shoulder in the bathroom in the room and although I informed me 2 times, no one came and put it back in place. It was also very precautionary. If it fell on my head, maybe it could even cause my death. The reception said you can go to the clinic if you want just laughing. There were no hotel slippers etc. in the room, even when we wanted to calm down a little on the beach, the tour sellers of the hotel did not leave us alone.
