The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The location of our room was in the addition.
We had to take the elevator up to the third floor, cross the bridge then take an elevator to the second floor. It was very inconvenient! Supposedly this was the pet free location which we didn't ask for even though we had no pets.

Pros:

It was clean, felt very safe, and loved the location. We had a suite and could do lunch or supper if we wanted in our room to save money. They served a wonderful breakfast and the Fireside Receptiin was great.

Hotel had a great lobby with fireplace and seating for included breakfast. Room was spacious with nice living area and kitchenette. They offer pet free rooms in a separate building with an indoor walkway for cold weather. Indoor pool was nice.

Cons:

Kitchen area could have used a few more items. Utensils were sparse.

Excellent place to stay near airport and Burlington's attractions!
Pros:

Beautiful, quiet area and neighborhood. Staff was helpful and friendly. This property is not new but it is VERY well maintained and clean, and has a very nice ambiance for a fall/winter stay, especially in the lobby.

Cons:

Had to ask housekeeping to come daily for new towels, make up beds.

Our stay was pleasant and the beautiful Vermont in autumn is amazing.
Pros:

Very beautiful lobby with the fireplace,warm and nice atmosphere with the music.The staff was very friendly and useful.

Cons:

The room in the corner of two streets was very noisy. We changed for a quiet room.The breakfast doesn’t have some vegetables.

The Green Mountain Suites are convenient, and the rooms are large.
Pros:

Breakfast was above average. The size of the room was great. The bedding on the main bed was wonderful!

Cons:

The foldout couch was an abomination. You need something that people can actually sleep on, and bedding to match. Rooms are getting a bit dated. The bathroom floor was sticky. We stayed there for 5 nights and, for the price, we expected at least some form of room service - emptying the garbage, for example?
