Pros:

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating. The airport was a big plus.
They have wonderful happy hour.

Great Stay - Great Location
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel and all the common areas were clean and well cared for.

Cons:

Despite being on the upper floor and facing away from the road, the room was noisy, which was very bothersome. A loud HVAC facility beneath the window switched on and off all night.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Our suite was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

From check-in, our toilet didn't work properly. We asked for help in person every day of our 5-day stay, but the problem was never resolved. We spent every day with the tank lid on a shelf so that we could fill the tank manually. Not only was this inconvenient, the interior of the tank was visibly moldy and smelled strongly of mold.
Upon check out this morning, the desk clerk assured us that the manager would be in touch with us. We have not been contacted.
I am very disappointed. This suite was not inexpensive and a properly functioning toilet is a basic amenity.

Excellent; Misled by description of breakfasts
Pros:

Great experience. However, I specially chose this facility for a promised rotating breakfast selection that only had one rotation of cheese omelets and three days of scrambled eggs. Tasty, however. Great fruit and granola, but only sweetened yogurt available.

Hotel Amazing
Pros:

This hotel and suites was outstanding in evert way. I can't stress enough the tranquility I felt on site. The downtown area seemed a bit depressed and not the safest to walk around, unfortunately, but this hotel is nice and distanced from that
