Super nice hotel, very large suite, more than expected.

The staff was super friendly. The place was very clean. Breakfast was good. The room was nice and big with everything we needed supplied. The lobby is beautiful and nice to hang out in. There is a 24 hour coffee and tea station!
The mattress, pillows and couch weren't super comfortable.
Staff and the room was large and well designed,
Pool was in repair so that we didn't get to use it.

The staff was very nice and helpful the rooms are always clean and quiet and it's in a great location this is are 3rd time staying there and we already have another weekend planned to go back in a month anytime in burlington area we always stay there

Breakfast was pretty early. If you arrived later than 7:30, there wouldn't be as big a selection for breakfast items. Heating system in bedroom very loud.
All staff from the desk to the food area to the pool were friendly and quick to answer any questions.
The room was spacious and fit our needs as a family of three. Bed was comfortable, sofa/chair in living area comfortable, shower had good heat and pressure.
The pool itself was heated well especially considering it was getting under 10° overnight during our stay
Breakfasts were good with slight rotation so not overly repetitive (each day had bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, and fruit; but type of eggs pancake and potato changed up each day). We sadly missed one of the reception nights but made one and it was nice to have a drink and appetizer by the fire.
Close to lots of stores and the highway so was easy for us to visit family in Vergennes and do errands in Burlington.
Would definitely stay again.
The only disappointment was the hot tub. It doesn't actually get hot until after 2pm because they have to start warming it back up each morning. But even then the jets are pretty weak for the "massage" - like element of a hot tub.
.One small suggestion for the room would be to add a hall tree or at least hooks for winter coats and a mat for boots. There's a blank wall when walking in (at least in our room) which would have been a great place for coat hooks and a boot mat.
Loved the breakfast. One of the best of any property we have stayed at. Also love the room options from studios to multi-bedroom configurations.

Les verres compostables au petit-déjeuner, dommage de ne pas proposer des vraies tasses véritables, tant pour l'aspect écologique que fonctionnel
Coffee & Tea in lobby (24/7), buffet breakfast w/local real maple syrup, great bagels & pastries, cozy but good sized accommodations w/useful kitchen, plenty of seating, super comfortable bedding & great pool, hot tub, gym, parking & bathrooms - just saying.
I've stayed at a variety of other accommodations & never been this comfortable &the hospitality throughout is exceptional.
FYI: We have stayed multiple times. My spouse works here in VT & I am retired, traveling with him.
Side note: VT is more beautiful than I imagined.
The breakfast was exceptional. The food was great. My room was very clean. The staff was super nice.
