Green Mountain Suites Hotel

It is very cozy, everything was perfect. They greeted us with a glass of wine and small snacks, we had a great time.

Breakfast was industry standard, but still tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, with unexpected utility. Unfortunately the communal hot tub was out of service on our last day, but the staff seemed to be wasting no time repairing it.

Nous avons adoré notre suite ! Chambre spacieuse et confortable ! Le hall d'accueil est magnifique avec sa grande cheminée. L'apéritif offert le soir était fort appréciable et convivial.

Everything about our stay was EXCELLENT. The room was in excellent condition, wonderful linens on a comfy bed and lovely small kitchen area for any needs.

We did not stay for breakfast but the options looked very fresh and very good. Loved the sitting area - very comfortable and spacious and the fireplace was very welcoming. A wonderful place all around!

Green Mountain Suites is our go-to every time we stay in Burlington. This is not a cheap city for stays, but this hotel always delivers good value. The staff are friendly and responsive, the breakfast is good, and the place is clean and cozy.

Here's the honest truth. The website and photos and reviews made this seems like a homerun. I wanted to love this place. Based on the online photos, I expected: comfortable rooms, outdoor fire pits, a bustling appetizer reception and a clean, comfortable hotel.

The beds are tiny. Two grown adults can barely share a bed. The pull-out bed does not have a mattress, so it's incredibly uncomfortable and my child had a terrible time trying to sleep on it.

The pool are is tiny, crowded and the smell was overwhelming. Some combination of chlorine and cleaning products. The hot tub was either unavailable or being refilled. We didn't use either.

The après ski evening was a joke. There was one appetizer of shredded pork mini tacos. Not enough of it. And no vegetarian option.

Breakfast was OK, but again, no vegetarian egg options most mornings. And no variety day to day. The floors were often dirty from the night before; our first morning the floors were littered with popcorn and pieces of pizza crust.

The staff were off-putting and didn't seem interested in helping us. The place seemed to be short-staffed as there was often a sign at the front desk that said they were helping other guests. And on the apres reception night one poor woman was running around trying to do everything.

Like I said, I wanted to love this place and the reviews made me feel confident in my choice. Hopefully, this review helps the next person.

We stayed as two adults and two teenagers.
The suite was a great size for us all. We loved our stay.
The central areas were fantastic and the free breakfast was great, could not fault it at all. Lovely fire in the lobby and some super helpful and friendly staff.
For improvements, the bathrooms are a little dated and would have been great to have some cleaning after 6 nights but for the price you cannot fault this at all. Would stay again and recommend highly!

We traveled here over Valentine's weekend. Accessible self-parking. The hotel was very fresh & clean, looked newly renovated. Staff was friendly. Spacious suites with a well-supplied kitchen. Fireside breakfast each morning was tasty & fresh with a good variety of options. Our one wish was that the lobby bar was up & running; upon arrival we were informed there's only happy hour service on Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
