Warm welcome from all staff. Big room and clean. Delicious food , easy to order food from room service just scan the QR code and you'll get your food quickly. I did enjoy my stay. Delicious breakfast served to the room.

We received very warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel is nice and clean room. Good breakfast and the pool.The location is also good and near the attraction.They can give you late check out during this low occupancy.

We got warm welcome upon arriva by their staffs and little dog. We booked deluxe Mountain View room and it’s very nice. Room is on the second floor with mountain and pool view too. Breakfast is super and can compare with some 3-4 stars hotel we’ve ever been. We were very impressed and would come back again for our next trip in Chiang mai.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.The price is reasonable and the location is great.

Nice resort facing the mountain. It was very quiet during our stay in early March. Don't expect much from its Cafe though, they only have simple stuff like spaghetti, chicken and pork sausages, you need to go out and hunt for food. Nearby, the restaurant Rimm Phi Romm near Mae Rim Plaza is highly recommended. The night bazaar there was also very interesting, but only on Tuesdays.

Hotel rooms were dark and dingy. The shower was terrible with next to no pressure and it kept changing from hot to cold. The television did not have any English channels. The breakfast was pretty average with only a limited selection. The staff were also relatively unfriendly and did not acknowledge you when you were coming and going. I would not recommend this place.

O hotel é muito agradável e tem bom serviço e comodidades, com ótima arrumação e troca de toalhas e outros itens.

A piscina é muito boa, embora falte um espaço melhor para tomar sol (espreguiçadeiras).

O café do hotel tem poucas opções e é cobrado a parte. O cardápio de almoço é melhor e a comida, boa. A cozinha fecha cedo e não jantamos.

O pior foi a localização, muito distante da cidade, ruim e caro para arrumar transporte.
Se a intenção é apenas ficar no hotel, compensa, mas é longe de todo o resto. Perdemos muito tempo e dinheiro nos passeios.

This small hotel is perfect for our big family ,we booked the whole hotel because we went with 6 couples and 10 teenagers. We loved and enjoyed so much because we just come to hang around together some of us come from Bangkok and some are in Chiangmai so this is the good place not far from town and feel like very far because of the nature feeling ..and it ‘s the place you come to relax not do much activity..they have great breakfast and Thai food and you can go to other place to do activities that very nearby ..

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Cool Downs in suite C32 and it was perfect. We wanted a tranquil place outside the city to relax while conducting some work and sightseeing. The Wi-Fi was good as I conducted numerous online meetings and never had a disruption.

I want to call out a few great things about this place. First, the staff is so friendly and accomodating. They even went out of their way to cook a special meal that was not even on the menu!

The second thing is the modern design and amenities of the hotel. Wow, it was a pleasant surprise and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and fellow travelers.

There was not much facility inside, and the place got no scenery, the swimming pool was in front of the villa (2 FL building, which seem like their swimming pool).

The selection of breakfast is limited (selection of 3 styles of eggs w/ sausage or bakebean; or rice soup) I selected Pork rice soup and it taste good.

The bed is comfortable, the toilet & shower got no door so its not a good idea to share room with someone you aren't really close with, I'm very close with this friend but we found it very awkward to do morning thing & showering.

The big bathtub was super impressive, but the hot water only working after fill in about 1/10. The hot water & water pressure working well at the shower & sink (it was in separate area).

The bed is comfortable.

The burners smell great.

Internet was fast and this place was peaceful and private. Great place to unwind. Make sure to check out Hong Beach for food and drinks across the street.

Cool down is the modern styles resort located at Mae Ram the tourist attraction area of Chiang Mai.
This hotels is awesome and good for a couple cuz they dont have a door at toilet lol
The bed is nice but wifi is poor and breakfast is limit option.
Overall is good for relax, stay away from phones, u can borrow the dvd movies from reception and enjoy the day!

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere you got to have your own vehicle it's not convenient to walk to anywhere.
After we stayed the first night we were gone out all day and got back to the room at night and found out that they never clean up the room. We asked them to move us to a new room and they said they can not because all the room is booked up.
We got up early in the morning to check out and saw only a few cars in front of the hotel we very positive that they had the room available last night.

When We complain with the manager he said we supposed to hang up the sign in front of the room which no one explain to us.A manager he blemed us it was our fault and he never apologized, he said to us all of the hotels have the sign to hang out for cleaning but we never stayed in the place that we have to notify them to clean our room.

He has a smart attitudes, when we said to him it just waste the time to talk to him and we said he will have a negative review on the internet he just say okay like he doesn't care at all and when we walk away to our car and he said right behind us ,thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope you come back again to stay but his voice it very sarcastic. We hope this review make the hotel's owner very proud of this manager!

The room C22 was hot AC. no AC in the bathroom at all. The shower fluctuating from hot to cold.

If it was the only hotel in Thailand we'd never stay!

We would not recommend.

Stayed here as a couple, rooms were lovely. Location was a bit far from city centre but can rent a motorbike. I don't recommend getting one straight from the hotel though, they charge 400tbh per day when you can get one in the city for 200!! When we had no choice but to order a taxi the guy at the front desk said he would there was no meter taxis around the area (which was a lie) so he organised us a taxi' but when it showed up it wasn't a licensed taxi, it was the mans friend. With his wife in the front seat. Charging us 700tbh! we only did this cause we had to be in the city early for a excursion and couldn't park our bike anywhere...to me this was very very cheeky!!!! Asked us if we wanted a taxi for the airport when leaving! Nope!! (UBER it cost us 350tbh and further than the city)

On the plus side the security guy was amazing! Was always there with his flash light when we got in late and escorted us to our room. Always smiley to! We had to change rooms due to cockroaches late at night and he let us change rooms without a problem! Very grateful for him!

Nice clean big rooms, nice pool. 7 eleven a bit down the road from hotel, not much else there we did find a night market which did lush street food. Fridge has beers, drinks and snacks. They don't say whether they are free or not so be warned. Not much info in room at all, didn't eat from restaurant as a little pricey for what it was.

Wouldn't stay here again due to location, rude staff and wifi was rubbish.

The hotel is 45 minutes from the Airport and cab fare is around 600bht. It is 30 minutes from the Chiang mai city area in the Mae Rim district.being away from the city had its ups and downs. Ups was that its quiet and peaceful and weather was cool in the evening. All the activities like tiger kingdom, orchid garden, strawberry farm were 5-10 mins away. Down was that you had to drive/ride 15-16kms to go to the city. Food option was either their in house restaurant or a near by cafe. The rooms are very modern and well maintained. Restaurant menu is limited and don't have vegetarian options. Though they try to accommodate your request as much as they ca . The staff is extremely helpful. I felt sick during my stay and they went out of their way to help us buy medicine. Language is a bit of a problem but they do their best to help in any way possible. Google translate came in handy! Worth our 5 day stay and much recommended!

คูลดาวน์รีสอร์ท ชื่อนี้ที่ทำให้การพักผ่อนที่แสนอบอุ่นจริงๆ รีสอร์ทระดับ4ที่ตั้งในอำเภอแม่ริม ห่างจากตัวเมืองประมาณ30นาที ซึ่งรีสอร์ทอยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเยอะมากมาย อาทิเช่น น้ำตกแม่สา,ปางช้างแม่สา หรือ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่ขึ้นชื่ออีกที่คือม่อนแจ่มนั่นเอง เข้าเรื่องเลยละกันนะครับสำหรับคูลดาวน์รีสอร์ท เมื่อเราถึงรีสอร์ทเราได้รับการต้อนรับจากทางโรงแรมดีมากเดินออกมาหาที่รถเลยอ่า...ชอบจางง เช็คอินเสร็จแล้ว ก็ทำให้พวกเราถึงกับตื่นเต้นอีกครั้งนึง เพราะทางรีสอร์ทได้อัพเกรดห้องพักให้อีกแล้วคราฟท่าน(เนื่องจากทางรีสอร์ทได้มีการปิดปรับปรุงระบบน้ำทางโซนห้องพักที่เราจองไว้จากExecutive เป็นsuite Roomซึ่งห้องพักสามารถเลือกได้ด้วยว่าต้องการห้องชั้นบนหรือชั้นล่างซึ่งชั้นล่างจะเปิดประตูเดินลงสระว่ายน้ำกลางได้เลย(แต่โทษทีเราเลือกพักเป็นชั้นบนเพราะต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวกว่าอิอิ ซึ่งห้องพักเมื่อเปิดประตูเข้าไปถึงกับอึ้งเพราะมันสวยหรูมากกกกก อะไรจะขนาดนั้น ต้องขอบคุณทางรีสอร์ทมากๆที่ทำให้ทริปการเที่ยวเชียงใหม่เป็นครั้งแรกนั้นรู้สึกอบอุ่นที่ได้มาเยือนที่นี่ สระว่ายน้ำก็ใหญ่กว้างขวางดีแต่เล่นนานไม่ได้เพราะอากาศค่อนข้างเย็นอิอิ ลงตัวที่สุด ไม่ผิดเลยที่เลือกพักคูลดาวน์ในการมาเที่ยวที่เชียงใหม่ครั้งนี้ ขอบคุณจากใจจริงๆ I hope to comeback to you again I feel like you Cool down Resort Chiangmai💋

This hotel is very nice and cozy,suitable for family, couple ,solo or friend. Price is not too expensive and staff can speak English and can suggest you about trip. The hotel not far from downtown and you can cool down your moody at here

I spent 4 nights here at cool suit type as my vacation. Only plan a day before my trip,booking directly through hotel. Impressive service has started since booking session with best assistance from hotel staff during high occupancy.
My first impression upon my arrival seems below my expectation only photos and reality of real property size. By the way, the rest of hotel has provide superb warmly services during my stay. I dnt suggest if you don't have your own transport during the trip coz it takes min 30 mins from hotel to town and 15 mins up hills.
F&B function needs to be developed for more than Thai market.
This place is more honeymoon friendly than family, even they also have villas.

Staff here is well helpful and friendly. Impressive trip and will come back again.
