Pros:

Pros:

房間精緻，枕頭和床都比較柔軟舒服，下雨天被子有點潮濕味道，有除濕機，開了以後味道就減少了，而且方便烘乾衣服，交通很方便，距離101也很近。很不錯的！

個人房優缺點
Pros:

優點：捷運附近，夜市旁邊，生活機能好，平價，個人房有獨立衛浴，有投幣式洗衣烘衣機飲水機。
缺點：隔音不好，只能祈禱隔壁的人品（可惜當天人品不好），房間潮濕（被子會有濕氣的味道，但房間有附除濕機），清潔部分要再加油。
聯繫部分：日期接近時有主動mail告知相關資訊，電話聯繫方口氣和善，資訊算明確。
題外話：LINE告知房間電視壞掉，雖然不能及時處理，但短時間回覆訊息算是OK（雖然有沒有修就不清楚了）。
結論：一個平價又獨立衛浴的個人房，這樣的品質值得推薦。

整體環境是潔淨且舒適，對得起它的價格!
房間內也有除濕機，應該真的是滿潮濕的，畢竟是台灣台北盆地地形，除濕機沒幾個鐘頭就滿水了，滿水就換也可保持房內舒適些!
唯一建議可以改善的是:可能是潮濕的關係，被子有一直有一股受潮的味道!
雖然是在巷子內，但是交通還是便利的，又鄰近有名的觀光夜市，食和行也都兼顧到了!
總體而言，有機會再到附近，是會再次選擇該旅館，簡單經濟的好選擇!

床躺久不舒服 其他都還OK~

雖然是簡單的小住宿 但是床的等級 讓我非常不適應 要硬不硬 要軟不軟 第二天大家都腰酸背痛 或是胸口痛....

長期在這個訂房網訂房間，從來沒有像這次ㄧ樣的經驗，房間非常髒、老闆態度擺爛第ㄧ天ㄧ去跟我們說沒房間帶我們去ㄧ個連整理都沒整理的房間重點被子都沒換洗竟然當我們的面要鋪給我們睡，我們好不容易換了房覺的奇怪的是我們不是早就訂了房了嗎竟想打發我們給別的，老闆給我們新的房間了，真心覺得被子床套都沒洗連整頭套都沒有被子很髒還有髒汙，第ㄧ晚ㄧ直覺的很冷第二天反應老闆竟說忘記開地熱⋯傻眼，房間很髒很舊，床單等等也都很髒感覺老闆很擺爛，真心覺的要想清楚再來住

Good location but not as clean
Pros:

The staff is quite friendly and the location is near night market with lots of tasty food around. However, I felt a bit itchy sleeping on the bed and the wifi connection isn't great.

It was an amazing stay. Though I have used the Self-Check In facility and was not able to meet any of the staff, I get all the exact, detailed instructions on what to do and even used their services going to the airport

清潔不佳，離通化夜市近
Pros:

位在一個小巷弄的一扇小門之中，門外無招牌，若無人指點帶路，極難自行找到。進門後房況看起來還算不錯，冷氣、電燈、free wifi、浴廁等都很優，但是一看床組，馬上發現床單上有2、3跟頭髮，被套、枕頭套等似未換洗，導致整晚失眠睡不到3小時(床組請每日換洗更新以維衛生健康)。電視頻道極少，訊號不佳，但若不看電視，則無關緊要。民宿小門出來走路5分鐘內就到通化夜市，生活機能、交通還算便利。沒有停車位。若不在乎床單是否每日更新換洗，這裡倒是可以選住。

鄰近市區的方便住宿
Pros:

入住時服務人員剛好在忙其他事情，所以住宿有稍微延遲，而且櫃台不是24小時都有人，所以有任何需求盡量先跟客服溝通好，客服態度很好很客氣，住宿地點靠近通化夜市，晚上有夜市早上有市場，逛街吃飯很方便，市場噪音並沒有影響到，但鄰近房間隔音比較差了點，房間偏小不過五臟俱全，浴室熱水供應和水壓都沒有問題，房間因為是無窗設計，所以建議要開空調才不會太悶，但要注意濕度。

其實是民宿
Pros:

透天房，三層，走樓梯，隔成十來個房間。沒有門牌，只接待已訂房的客人，蠻特別，不像住旅館，像回家。帶小孩探親，前後住了7晚，感覺不錯。設備很普通，但櫃枱服務很好，介紹台北值得去的地方，也叮嚀注意開放時間，以免掃興。清潔還可以，每天清垃圾換毛巾。吃東西如其他人介紹，十分方便。交通也還好，走10分鐘便有捷運、巴士。唯一缺憾是電視只接收衛星，沒有什麼可以看。
