Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The room had a slight smell, didn’t feel clean though I’m sure it was. I had to cut my trip short due to unforeseen circumstances and their staff did not respond to my messages through the Booking up even if they quickly sent messages before check-in. Extremely disrespectful.

La ubicación y el trato del personal. Me dejaron hacer early check in sin cargo adicional. Excelente. La cama era perfecta y las almohadas óptimas. La habitación era una suite, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba.

Cons:

En la llave del lavamanos del baño caía poca agua pero la ducha estaba perfecta.

La lámpara de la mesita de luz tenía el cable un poco flojo. No era nada grave pero deberían revisarlo.
