This riad is a larger, older property with a lot of character, ideally located in a central area.
The 24-hour reception is very convenient, especially for late arrivals or early departures. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the coffee is excellent.
Its location makes it a great choice for travelers passing through Morocco – close to both the city center and the beach. It works well for groups as well as individual travelers.
The service is friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, a practical and well-located place for a comfortable stay during your journey.

Hübsches Dar mit tollen Innenhof, ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Strandes und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Medina, einfach zu finden, Frühstück mit frischen O-Saft und guten Kaffew, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmereinrichtung und gemütliches Bett.

Het is een mooi oud gebouw met één fraaie binnenplaats, maar de kamers zijn ondermaats. Gordijnen die niet dicht kunnen, een kleine tv bij het plafond, slechts één stopcontact, nauwelijks bewegingsruimte en een klein versleten handdoekje. Dat laatste als een schaamlapje, wat beledigend voor je gasten om niet eens een fatsoenlijke badhanddoek te verstrekken!

Realmente, se trata de un hostal sencillo y humilde, con buena ubicación y un trato cercano y atento.
Tiene una ubicación perfecta, cerca del puerto y a un paseo de la medina.
El patio es precioso y muy tranquilo. Se descansa bien. Las noches que pasamos allí se pudo descansar perfectamente.
Desayuno idéntico todos los días, té o café (buenos los dos), zumo de naranja. Y te ponen tres tipos de "panes" que hacen por la mañana. Lo malo sería que te ponen mantequilla y mermelada de tarrinas de supermercado (lástima no tener algo artesanal). Buen desayuno.
Nos prepararon el té 1 hora antes de abrir el desayuno porque nos teníamos que ir.
Todo el personal nos atendió genial y nos dieron todas las recomendaciones que necesitamos. Se esforzaba en ayudar.
Recomendable para una estancia sencilla y tranquila.
Si buscas un hotel 4 estrellas, no es el sitio.
Se está bien, es cómodo y tranquilo. La limpieza es adecuada, pero no esperes un espacio nuevo y reluciente.
Si quieres un desayuno continental, tipo buffet, tampoco es el sitio.
La relación calidad precio es adecuada.
El personal es amable y servicial
Las habitaciones están sucias. No funciona la TV, no funciona el A/A. Hay mucha mosca y una cucaracha que nos visitó a las 12 noche. Falta de toallas. Todos los días las tienes que pedir.
La ubicación.
Un día a las 7 de la mañana nos despertamos con una fuga de agua en nuestro baño, lo cual nos desajustó el sueño, se INUNDÓ la habitación y se mojó nuestra ropa.
Nos dieron una habitación nueva pero ni un losiento ni una compensación, nada.
Un trato horrible por ese lado, por no decir que el pestillo del baño estaba roto, la manguera de la ducha rota, tuvimos que pedir un recambio nada más llegar y una de las toallas tenía una mancha marrón, una vergüenza.
Buscad otro lugar, la valoración que tiene en Booking no es la que debería tener, quizás hace 10 años si, ahora desde luego que no.
Fue una decepción total
-No existe parking como tal. Se aparca en la calle y un señor vigila el coche al que tienes que darle dinero, cuando dice q está incluido en la reserva.
-La habitación es muy vieja. Mobiliario de cuando el Protectorado. Cama incómoda. Alfombras y moquetas que provocan tantos ácaros.
-El baño es viejo, con un escalón, la placa ducha pequeña, la alcachofa rota *ver imagen, el agua salía fría y caliente alternativamente, no hay donde colocar bolsas de aseos, los amenities para uno sólo a compartir. No hay secador de pelo. Cortinilla.
-Chicles pegado, telas de araña, humedades...
-Mala y escasa iluminación.
-Ruidoso. Dormí con tapones.
-Desayuno marroquí, no es bufet. Poca proteína, a base de dulces.
-A media hora andando de la Medina.
-82 euros me costó 1 noche para dos personas, pero esto no deberia costar ni 50 euros.
-La App no me permite subir todas las fotos q quisiera...
