I liked the upscale look and the cleanliness of the hotel.
I didn’t like that I was quoted a $200 security deposit and when I got there was told it was more.. I accidentally left my medication so I called 40 times before I could get through to someone and also reached out through booking. I finally got someone on the phone and they told me they found the medicine but then subsequently I got a message from someone saying they didn’t find it. They don’t seem to communicate very well amongst each other. Staff wasn’t that warm we weren’t really greeted coming in and out the hotel like typical hotels do.
Staff was great. Hotel decor and vibe is nice. Good location, close to the convention center.
Not a fan of bathroom door. Prefer bathroom door that can be locked. Not a barn door.

Location was perfect. It’s near the stadium. The hotel is also located in the Short North. You can walk to so many restaurants/ shops / bars.
Parking is high. I don’t know a city where parking isn’t high though.
Everything was great
Kind staff members, coffee maker in the room, large TV, and comfortable king-sized bed.
The lobby is impressive but for the cost, the room was disappointing. Our room overlooked the expressway and the noise from daily traffic was a distraction - especially for sleeping at night. When the hotel isn't busy, putting guests in rooms that face away from the traffic noise would be helpful.
Unnecessarily complicated WIFi log in - we usually don't have an issue with WiFi connection at the hotels were we stay.
$50 a day for parking??? WTH is going on?? $50 a day that’s just crazy
The hotel is in the perfect location and modern and beautiful.
