Air conditioning filter very dirty as we had a weird smell in room
Parking was difficult cars are to close to each other our new car had damage to door because of it.
Trying to discuss with front desk issues given a ln attitude as if it was our fault something was wrong. I think you need to do customer training with staff. If they dont like their job find another. The guy who brought luggage to and from room Ruben was the only staff i found outstanding. When checking in was told they had to charge my card $143 dollars 43 was for parking and 100 would be returned to me when I check out. When my wife received bill we got charged the 143.00 which was never explained. When she questioned the girl she told my wife that's what it is and didn't want to hear anything else. I can go on with other things but im sure it wont make a difference

Not too good.
Pros:

The Atlantic Palace on the boardwalk has really let itself go downhill. Although the view is beautiful if u get ocean view, everything else has gone downhill. The jacuzzi in the rooms is still a great plus. However, the outdoor pool use to have a jacuzzi as well but it's no longer there. That's a big bummer. Also they should really make sure everything in the room us working before hand because my room had a TV that didn't work and a safe that they couldn't even get opened. That was a big inconvenience. Plus really only 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 5 nights is not good enough. Plus they take forever to deliver essentials to your room when you do call them. You may as well bring your own towels and essentials. Torn rugs is really inappropriate. Just put wood floors without rugs. It's just sad how they have let themselves go and yet charge so much. Plus if you booked through RCI they should give better rooms. Very disappointing stay compared to the last few years.

Pros:

The room was disgusting. When I walked in the room had a bad odor. The floor was dirty with hair and the carpet was badly stained. The kitchen and table were not cleaned. The sheets had blood stains and the the bathroom clearly had mold. Bathtub and When I asked for extra towels for my spouse they said I can only have 1 more, they expected us to use the same towel. Will never come back here again. I cannot express enough how dirty this place was.

Cons:

Nothing went well. I stepped into our room #711 with my wife and children. My kids immediately did not even want to sit on the couch that was falling apart. The view was the parking garage wall, and then we walked into the bathroom to hair all over the bathtub. Just to top it off as we walked into the kitchen my son saw ants. We immediately packed up and left. I will never return there again and do not recommend it. The place is highly rated and maybe just make sure you do not stay in 711 because the lady at the front desk immediately responded and said they get a lot of complaints about room 711!
