C’était sale, ça sentait le pipi dans toute la chambre, on ne nous a pas donné la chambre que nous avions réservé, les dames de ménages nous ont réveillés alors que nous avions mis la pancarte sur la porte, pas de vue dans la chambre qui devait en avoir une, pas de déjeuner alors qu’on a payé très cher…
