The employees were really nice and friendly
It is outdated, and a bit dirty (stained sheets, mold in the fridge, coffee machine was not working, smell from the bathroom). Also AC is not really working

Truputį švaros trūko
Problemen met watervoorziening. Geen warm water. Werd vooraf aangekondigd met keuze tot annuleren. Maar kort voor het verblijf werd gezegd dat het was opgelost. Uiteindelijk bleek dit niet zo te zijn en kregen wij een... koude douche op meerdere kamers.

Fijne locatie, rustig
Op de site staat aangegeven dat er met cash betaald kan worden, maar dit is niet mogelijk. Hierbij hadden we ook een reservering geplaatst voor een parkeergarage, deze was uiteindelijk ook niet doorgegeven waardoor hier geen plek meer voor was.

I would not stay here again.
During our four-night stay we were moved into three different rooms because of serious defects with the accommodation.
Our first room (803) had a non-functioning air circulation system during a heatwave. The room became unbearably hot and stuffy with virtually no air movement. The unit also made a constant clicking noise, meaning we had to sleep with the windows open despite the hotel being on a very busy road with traffic, trams and emergency vehicle sirens throughout the night. There was also a foul-smelling wet patch on the floor.
We were moved to room 808, only to discover that the air circulation system there also did not work. The following morning, after simply using the sink normally, raw sewage backed up through the shower drain, leaving sewage water, debris and an overwhelming sewage smell in the bathroom.
Although housekeeping supposedly cleaned the bathroom while we were out, we returned that evening to find the sewage odour remained and there still appeared to be residual faecal matter in the shower area. We no longer felt able to use the bathroom.
Our final evening, instead of enjoying our holiday, was spent repeatedly going backwards and forwards to reception, waiting for management decisions and eventually moving rooms again after 1am. We did not finally finish dealing with the situation until after 2am.
Packing and unpacking three times during a four-night stay completely disrupted our holiday. I also discovered after one of the room moves that a nightdress had been left behind and it has never been recovered.
The staff we dealt with were polite, but the hotel's handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. We were repeatedly told management needed to authorise any refund, but no meaningful resolution was offered during our stay.
A hotel experiencing repeated air circulation failures is one thing.
