A Primo Astoria Experience!

The Best Hotel in Astoria, Oregon
Pros:

Astoria is a place NOT to be missed, and the Cannery Pier is the place to stay. It protrudes out into the Colombia River about 200 yards.
Everything is wonderful.
It is certainly not the least expensive hotel, but it is the best.
Treat yourself to a great experience.

Perfect anniversary trip
Pros:

We stayed here for our anniversary, and so glad we did! The location is amazing, and our room was on the top floor so we had a perfect view of the river. We really enjoyed just hanging out in the room and watching the wildlife and giant ships roll by. They offer a full breakfast with omelette bar, happy hour drinks and apps, and freshly baked cookies in the evening. So many wonderful amenities, our room was quiet and romantic, and the staff went above and beyond. Would highly recommend for a special occasion when staying in Astoria.

Perfect Location and Awesome Staff
Pros:

The location was perfect! You can watch ships, ducks and sometimes seals go by from your balcony! The room was comfy and the fireplace was great when it was cold and the AC was awesome for overnight. The staff was amazing! John was super friendly when he drove us to and from our dinner! The fresh cookies and bar voucher were a great treat everyday. We could easily drive or walk anywhere we needed to go from this spot. I would love to come back someday!

It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Just a beautiful day ❤️ I had a spa treatment (Julie is Amazing)!! Enjoyed the view and complimentary Birthday Cider🤗! We unfortunately didn't have a chance to take advantage of the 600 Bar but did get to speak with them. Everyone was just wonderful and made me feel very special! We'll definitely stay again.

The most eloauent poets could not accurately describe my love of Cannery Pier
Pros:

There is literally nowhere else in Astoria I'm willing to stay anymore. Whenever I travel to Astoria, I have two prerequisites. Cannery Pier and Bowpicker.
I rant and rave about how much I love your establishment to anyone who will listen. If someone doesn't listen, I tell them anyway.
From the bar, to the transportation, the breakfasts, the cookies at night, the incredible staff, and the amenities, there is truly nowhere else like Cannery.
The "worst" thing has been checking out because it means I'm going home and dang it, after staying at Cannery, I don't want to. Alas, all good things must come to an end. I anxiously look forward to my next stay! I'm thinking the wine and seafood festival would be good timing!

The Cannery Pier Hotel is addictive - come once, and you'll keep returning
Pros:

My husband and I come every year because there is no better place to relax. Where else can you have a cocktail or an omelette in such a spectacular lobby, or just relax in your room, and watch ships go by on the Columbia River while you are actually 600 feet into the Columbia River? Astoria is a wonderful town and the Maritime Museum is top notch. The more you learn about the river and the area, the more you want to come back.
