A little spendy, but worth it
My husband and I stayed here for a night and it was awesome. The view from our room was amazing. The whole experience was great. Will definitely stay again.
The location was everything to us!!!! We loved the private balcony overlooking the mighty Columbia River. We enjoyed the fireplace on a chilly January weekend. I will return again & again. It's become our special place. It's an easy drive for us. Well worth staying at for it's location in a very nice & historic place, Astoria!!!!!!!!
I cant say enough. Absolutely phenomenal stay. Great staff. Wonderful views of the river and bridge. The room was perfect. Very good breakfast. Completely satisfied.
Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views, wonderful amenities, and friendly staff.
We have stayed here twice now and loved it both times. The location, staff, and hospitality are top notch. Loved our complimentary ride in the Rolls Royce!
Everything was very nice, we'll be back!
We had a wonderful stay! The views from our room as well as the comfort of the room, made for a memorable stay. Breakfast choices included an omlette station, waffles and many more breakfast items as well as great coffee-a must for us! Staff was friendly and the rooms understated but elegant at the same time. We plan on coming back!
We've been coming to CPH since shortly after it opened. During that time we've we've seen upgrades that were needed & appreciated. But CPH in now reaching a point where they've become unaffordable to come stay more than once a year, and even then it's questionable. While that is sad and we had lowered our cost by coming mid-week and during off-season; that too is beginning to not be what we want with so many of the good restaurants being closed for 2 days mid week.
What a wonderful gem in Astoria! Cannery Pier is not just a hotel, it is an experience. The staff that greets you is amazing. every room has a water view. The rooms are very spacious with comfy robes and slippers and a blanket to wrap up in while you sit on the balcony. The amenities are all top quality. The morning breakfast is delicious and their is a nightly Rolls Royce car service to take you downtown to dinner if you want. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Best hotel experience I’ve ever enjoyed. The room, facility and staff were all excellent. It is pricey for the area but we went for the local off season price so more affordable.
It was an amazing getaway for 24 hours and I can hardly wait to do it again next year. It was Just fun being in the room and watching the ships go by. But it was also very nice to sit in the lounge area tipping a margarita and again enjoying the same thing.
Cannery Pier remains one of our favorite places to escape. From the moment we arrive, the atmosphere and ambiance; especially from our room, are always exceptional.
A heartfelt thank you to Janice at the front desk for her patience, kindness, and helpfulness. We are also incredibly grateful to our housekeepers for the wonderful care and attention they put into our stay.
As locals, we can’t wait to return again soon.
Great experience for rest and relaxation in Room 411. We'll return....
Bathrooms felt old and rundown. Toilet was meant for toddler. Terrible! I don’t want to have to find and read directions to take a shower. Parking is an issue if you have difficulty walking. 4 stars for allowing dogs!
