Top hotel stay
Pros:

Location was amazing, like being on a cruise ship when in your room. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk into town along the riverside trail. The free breakfast was super, especially the freshly made omelettes.

With all the shortcomings here it is definitely not worth the 500$/night price tag. They could have at least refunde

The staff did almost everything they could to make things right.

Cons:

It was represented as a room with three beds and there were only 2. One of us had to sleep on a mattress in a closet. It’s a “spa” resort and the hot tub was not working the whole weekend. You really can’t walk to town easily but they have a car, but only runs from 5-10pm.
