Sem escada, ficamos com duas crianças no 4º andar. Check out muito cedo.
Café da manhã sem muitas variedades.
Banheiro muito pequeno.
As luzes dos leds não apagavam por inteiro e por isso, ficava muito claro para dormir.

Accueil au top juste en sortie de gare, super emplacement et chambres confortables, salle de bain un peu petite et les chambres qui donnent juste au dessus de la gare ont une vue magnifique mais sont très bruyantes heureusement ils mettent à dispo des bouchons d'oreilles.

Pas de petit déjeuner à emporter possible.

Pros:

Localização excelente, na via principal e junto da estação de trem e saída do ônibus para MachuPicchu.
Equipe super atenciosa e café da manhã foi o melhor da nossa viagem.
Além disso tinha uma pessoa nos aguardando quando da chegada do trem.

Ficamos quase no último andar e não tem elevador

Gostamos bastante, principalmente para uma família
Pros:

O hotel fica muito bem localizado em frente a estação de trem. Fomos bem atendidos pelos colaboradores. Toalhas e lençóis brancos e limpos. Bastante água quente. Cafeda manhã simples mas com o necessário.

Pros:

列車を降りたところまでお迎えに来てくれて、ホテルまで案内してくれた。マチュピチュへ行く日が雨だったが、レインコートを急遽手配してくれたりなどとても親切に対応してくれた。
朝食が4時30分から食べることができて助かった。

Cons:

ベッドに少しだけシミがついていたのが気になった。
