Basic, expensive but does the job.
Pros:

We got picked up at the train station - super nice. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to go to MP the next day.

Cons:

It’s very basic - room, breakfast, everything. For that I found it too expensive. 50€ would have been an appropriate price.

The thing I appreciated the most was the absence of humidity, which can be quite difficult to find in Aguas Calientes. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains and the train station. There was no unpleasant smell or any sign of humidity. The room was well maintained and properly ventilated, which made the stay very comfortable.

Muy buena opción , Hotel con buena estructura.

Lindo hotel . Personal muy idóneo y siempre presente . Muy amables. Localización frente a las vías. Pasas por el mercado artesanal para llegar al,hotel . Te buscan en la estación de tren y te acompañan . Muy buen desayuno . Cuarto cómodo . A todos los pisos se accede por escaleras. Siempre hay te de coca y agua de cortesía. Son muy amables siempre e incluso después del check out ( guarda equipaje, sillones , café , wi fi .. etc ) Hotel muy activo .

Cons:

El baño demasiado pequeño , sin repisas ni ganchos para colgar toallas y etc

Hermoso lugar y personal. Mucho ruido de trenes.
Pros:

El alojamiento precioso! Nos encantaron las vistas desde la habitación. El personal muy amable!

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que se encuentra frente a la estación, por lo que el ruido de los trenes se siente claro y molesta un poco al descanso. El hotel proporciona tapones para oídos, fueron muy utiles

Ok para uma visita rápida a Machu Picchu

É um hotel bem simples, sem grandes comodidades. Atende ao que é necessário para uma visita a Machu Picchu sem correria. O café da manhã estava ok. Ao chegar na estação, uma pessoa do hotel está esperando para te ajudar na condução (a pé) até o hotel. Para nós, isso foi bem importante pois chegamos à noite, estávamos com duas crianças e estava chovendo. Ter que procurar o caminho naquelas condições não teria sido agradável.

Cons:

O hotel atendeu as expectativas, mas as expectativas não eram altas. É bom sinalizar que o acesso ao quarto é por escadas. O colchão do nosso quarto era ruim, muito mole e deformado.

O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção da manhã foi excepcional. Muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com Wi-Fi (que não funcionava) também com a água quente. O quarto era bem frio, então ter um aquecedor seria importante. O café da manhã também não tinha muitas opções.
