El check-in era a las 14:00, nosotros llegamos con el tiempo justo por un compromiso a la tarde y tuvimos que insistir un poco para ingresar a la habitación. De todas formas el personal se mostró dispuesto y amable, lograron solucionarlo sin problema

La recepcionista no tiene experiencia, muy poco formal, no amable y no dio indicaciones. Las bienvenidas en los hoteles tienen que ser más formales, el wifi funcionaba muy mal si necesitas trabajar. Pero el hotel es muy bonito
