Pros:

Everything was amazing. Very comfortable, especially air conditioner. The room was very clean, the area outside very good. Near to the public tranport.

Customer service on the lowest possible level. I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 3 kids (photo attached) and the receptionist was doing the problems that that I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and this is the issue between me and booking.com. Check-in lasted more than half an hour, lady was rude, she threw with keys. As a very heavy user of booking.com, I got seriously disappointed. Not kids friendly, loud and far from centre. But these are minors in contradiction to customer service

Frühstück war gut,Lage unweit der Autobahn auch gut. Hotel sehr sauber, Matratzen sehr bequem. Schalldichte Fenster wenn zu. Online Check-in möglich für unkomplizierten Ablauf.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat bei abendlicher Ankunft wenig bis fast gar nicht funktioniert. Die Hotelangestellte konnte uns nicht helfen. Der Techniker kam erst am nächsten Morgen und hat die Klimaanlage zum laufen gebracht. Leider sind wir dann schon abgefahren. Fenster ließen sich nur auf Kipp öffnen, somit kaum Luftzufuhr. Im Brandfall wären wir nicht aus dem Hotel gekommen, das Hotel hat nur EIN Stockwerk. Warum darf man die Fenster nicht öffnen? Hotel bietet Parkplatz für 12,50€. Auf der Straße parken kostet NACHTS!!!!!!!!!! Geld! Knapp 1€ pro Std. Also von 17-6Uhr. Sinn dahinter?! Keiner, außer vielleicht Touristenabzocke der Stadt Brno. Straßenbahn fährt mit mind. 50km/h die Straße entlang bis 23Uhr und ab 5Uhr wieder. Bei offenem Fenster ne Katasrophe! Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage ist wirklich PFLICHT! Morgens hat sich die Hotelangestellte bei uns entschuldigt.
