Pros:

Das Abendessen war spitze, der Pool ist klasse. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr gut.
Nähe zum Schloß, kurze Fahrtzeit nach Beweis und Klumau.

Cons:

Jeder kleine Service kostet extra und muss extra bestellt werden. Ein etwas höherer Preis und dafür mehr Service inklusive wäre angenehmer.

Der Eingangsbereich war echt beeindruckend.

Cons:

Man müsste in der Hotelbeschreibung angeben, dass man noch mal extra für den Pool und für die Sauna bezahlen muss. Leider fand ich das Frühstück für so eine hohe Sterne Bewertung auch sehr mau. Natürlich findet man was zu essen, aber ich war schon sehr enttäuscht. Es hätte mehr mit Liebe angerichtet werden können und eine Abwechslung wäre auch toll gewesen

Snídaně - určitě neodpovídala proklamovaným 5*, navíc cokoli z teplého bufetu bylo spíš studené či vlahé. Sladké koláče asi byly taky bez dalšího čerstvě vytaženy z mrazničky. Možná ale jenom nepovedenej den...

Cons:

Pokój ciasny,bez wyciszenia , nie można się było doprosić o posprzątanie. Łazienka mała, niefunkcjonalna. Obsługa nieżyczliwa, obcesowa w kontakcie. Śniadania beznadziejne. Spa dodatkowo płatne ( w hotelu ze spa w nazwie..) Hotel skrajnie odbiega od standardu 5*
