Do Wellness Hotelu Diamant se pravidelně vracíme a vždy jsme maximálně spokojeni. Krásné pokoje, skvělé wellness a velmi milý a profesionální personál. V hotelu je příjemná atmosféra a je vidět vysoká úroveň služeb. Pobyt zde je pro nás vždy perfektní relax. Rádi se budeme vracet. 10/10.

Situation géographique, personnel tres aimable, proprete ( qui compte assez pour moi), piscine interieure + jacuzzi
Beaucoup d activites et lieux d interet sur place/ a proximite (golf, zoo, parc multisport + accrobranche, fitness, piscine, sauna, pistes cyclables, chateau de Hluboka etc)

Cons:

- Piscine agreable mais certainement pas exceptionnelle pour etre payante pour les clients de l hotel. Eau dans les douches de la piscine bouillante!
- petit dejeuner: agreable mais au vue du prix des chambres rien d’ exceptionnel
- rapport qualite prix : en saison, week-ends et vaccances: le prix peut susciter des attentes superieures aux services proposes( ex. Piscine incluse, plus de variete dans les choix au petit dejeuner etc).

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut, Pool aber kalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, Zimmer modern und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer war sogar mit Fußbodenheizung und beheizter Klobrille.
Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Der Poolbereich war sauber und die Raumluft war schön warm. Über den Saunabereich kann ich nichts sagen, den haben wir nicht benutzt.

Cons:

Der Pool war kalt, eher Schwimmerbeckenniveau. Finde das zu kalt für ein Wellnesshotel. Lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Hat alles gepasst, außer das Abendessen bei Halbpension war nicht gut. Wir würden nur mehr Frühstück nehmen.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch!! Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage ist hervorragend man ist in ein paar Minuten in Budweis, und am Schloss Fraunberg ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang

Náš pobyt byl naprosto skvělý. Krásné, čisté a pohodlné pokoje, úžasné wellness a velmi příjemná atmosféra celého hotelu. Personál byl milý a vše fungovalo perfektně. Velká pochvala také patří vedení hotelu za profesionální a zároveň velmi proklientský přístup. Rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

Gute Leistung mit ein paar Hindernissen
Pros:

Trotzdem wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren, ist man von 5*-Gegebenheiten mitteleuropäischen Standardsq noch ein gutes Stück entfernt. Das WC innerhalb des Badezimmers ist nicht 5*-Standard. Dass man Gäste in Badepantoffeln, Jeans und T-Shirt zum Dinner akzeptiert, ebenso! Die Qualität der Speisen ist recht unterschiedlich, das Frühstücksbuffet kann nur bedingt entsprechen! Man traut sich für 0,7l Wasser zu gleichzeitiger umfangreicher Getränkekonsumation rd. € 3,60 zu verrechnen!!! Auch ist die Bezeichnung "Wellness"-Hotel etwas zu optimistisch gewählt; der relativ kleine Sauna-/also "Wellness"-Bereich kann nicht wirklich punkten! Der Pool ist groß und das Ambiente sehr gefällig. Ob € 10,- pro Nacht für das Parken gerechtfertigt sind, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden, in Thermen nahe der CZ-Grenze wird lediglich für das Parken in der Garage eine Gebühr verlangt, da aber auch ein wesentlich geringerer Betrag.
