Nice chain property with pool and weight room near Carlsbad Caverns NP. Breakfast included...eggs, waffles, sausage, potatoes, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee. Pleasant, helpful staff.
The tub had been painted and was chipped and in bad shape. OK for a shower, but not a bath.
The staff was incredible. The rooms were very comfortable.

It was big, had a laundry facility and a nice pool.

The breakfast was good and the location was good
The room need much repair. Loose toilet seat. Shower Corrosion. Loose floor tile. Grout coming out and stepping on loose gout in bare feet. Dirt around bottom of toilet. This was not up to your standards. Please look at all photos.
I paid the same amount for an excellent room the night before at one of your competitors.
I will have a had time using La Quinta in the future
Proximity to the caverns, friendly staff and the price.
Unfortunately, a water pipe broke during our visit—no water, no shower, no flushing toilets. I would have given a perfect score had this not happened. Although, I understand it was an unfortunate situation beyond the control of staff.
Reasonable hotel. Clean/ comfortable beds.
Bathroom is a bit old so it's hard to get sparkling clean I suspect.
