Pros:

Nothing in particular. Adequate at best.

Cons:

Poor check in and poor attitude from front desk clerk. Refused to give us two keys for my wife and me, and we had a dog to walk. No cups or glasses in the room. Every employee we encountered, from reception to the breakfast room had a poor attitude.

Wonderful and comfortable. Close to Carlsbad Caverns.
Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! It even had Gluten-Free options for my wife who suffers from celiacs. The pool was warm and clean. Unfortunately, no hot tub, but you can't always win. It was close to Carlsbad Caverns, which was a bonus.

Cons:

No hot tub. But everything else met expectations.

Was a nice clean place to stay.
Pros:

It was clean and offered a great breakfast.

Cons:

Could hear people above us walking around early in morning. At the breakfast the employee working it was very short with people and seemed to be upset people were making a mess trying to get breakfast. Other than these issues we had a great stay and check in was easy and representative was super nice.

Adequate for a night before heading to the caverns.
Pros:

Location to Carlsbad Caverns. Breakfast had a nice variety.

Cons:

Found ants in our bathroom the next morning. Not enough luggage carts.

Pros:

Location was great, staff was nice.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bathroom had some mold. The tub facet also dripped the entire time.
