Bon emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable et particulièrement gentil, notamment Juan qui nous a accueillis. Il a toujours pris le temps de nous demander comment nous allions. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel également attentionné. La piscine est bien située et agréable, avec une belle vue sur le fort. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité des lieux emblématiques. Le lit était particulièrement confortable et la chambre agréable.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu accès à Netflix durant tout le séjour. La piscine ne disposait que de deux transats, dont un cassé. Le logement était très humide (absence d’aération dans la salle de bain) et la climatisation fonctionnait de manière aléatoire. Enfin, un manque d’hygiène a été constaté sous les supports de gel douche.

Pros:

Personnel exceptionnellement aimable comme toujours en Colombie, et très serviable.

Chambre confortable spacieuse et très bien isolée.

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié .

Petites attentions bienvenues ( bouteille d'eau de courtoisie dans la chambre, fontaine à eau et biscuits à l'entrée...)

Tout était vraiment parfait . La chambre était spacieuse, bien décorée, propre. Literie très confortable, grande salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique .

La atención del personal es de otro nivel, te hacen sentir en casa o entre amigos muy cercanos, los cuales se preocupan por qué disfrutes tu estancia en el hotel.

Quizás lo único un poco y hablo muy poco incomodo fue la reparación de la alfombra y no estar marcada de por donde pasar para ir a ver la piscina y el restaurante, pero solo un espacio de tiempo muy pequeño y el resto de mis vacaciones fueron increíbles

La vista es tal cual la foto. El personal del hotel es muy amable. El desayuno incluido es buenazo y para todos los gustos.

Cons:

Caminar del hotel a Getsemani o la Ciudad amurallada es nada, unas 4 cuadras, pero las 2 antes del puente muy muy sucias y no conveniente de noche.

Safe area, staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

Pool loungers very limited, only had 2. Breakfast was very repeatative and only out there was a menu choice card second last day - these were never om the tables.
