Would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Absolutely 5 stars. The location couldn’t be better: right in front of Castillo de San Andrés with stunning views from the room. The outdoor pool was incredible and made the stay. Staff, comfort, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Lindo Hotel aunque esperaba más por el valor
Pros:

La cercanía al castillo de san Felipe, monumento de los zapatos viejos reloj de flores y conexión hacia el cerro la popa
La amabilidad de las personas que atienden el hotel desde quien te recibe hasta las personas del comedor del desayuno
Limpieza de la habitación
Tamaño del.baño y su equipamiento

Cons:

Al reservar habíamos solicitado que el día de salida nos pudieran dar una merienda en compensación del desayuno y noche que no quedamos ya que pedimos 3 noches en vez de 2 para estar hasta las 19:00 en el hotel, tener baño y cerrar males con calma. Osea no dormimos la última noche ni accedimos al desayuno por esta razón en correos a través de Booking se respondió de forma satisfactoria y que al llegar recordaremos al personal pero el día que lo recordamos la jefa del área negó la petición dando una explicación sencilla y sin mucho sentido.la.verdad no era gran cosa que pedimos pero estos detalles ponen a prueba el real sentido del servicio en los distintos hoteles que hemos estado.

Que hay pocas habitaciones que dan con vista al castillo
Las toallas de la piscina estaban algo desgastadas
El entorno del hotel no acompaña sobre todo el ambiente de noche. Tocó cruzar desde Getsemani el puente al hotel el día del partido de Colombia que todo está lleno de gente pero el puente y sus alrededores con personas sin techo y mucha basura
En esa zona se ve algo insegura de noche

Buena ubicación y excelente atención
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, José y su equipo en el restaurante están siempre dispuestos a ayudar y resolver cualquier duda. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es un acierto que quiere cerca del castillo de San Felipe, pero además tiene puntos de comercio cercanos y vías de acceso a la ciudad amurallada y hacia el barrio Getsemaní.

Cons:

El edificio donde se encuentra el hotel tiene dos puertas de acceso. Una de ellas la cierran a las 10pm, si uno tiene que llegar más tarde, es aconsejable preguntar por dónde llegar y pedir que alguien esté pendiente de la llegada.
