Near to touristic places. Walkable distance to the mall and San Felipe Castle.

Cons:

You should add a ramp by the reception. We were traveling with a baby and every time we have to take the elevator we have to carry the stroller

L emplacement face à la forteresse, 15mn à pied du centre, la petite piscine bien agreable avec une superbe vue, les chambres tres confortables , propres et literie superbe mais ce que nous avons apprecie le plus la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel Merci

Le soir on ne peut pas marcher jusquau centre du moins ce n est pas conseille pour des questions de securite .

Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas donc odeur d’humidité dans les chambres
Taxes en plus quand on fait mettre des boissons sur la notes de la chambre - 2 margarita et 5 limonade 150000Cop, on se retrouve avec une note de 202000Cop pour diverses taxes!)
Un seul transat au borde de la piscine
Pas la peine de payer le supplément pour vue du château, la chambre donne sur la rue, impossible de laisser les rideaux ouvert

Sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Runtergekommen und mehr als renovierungsbedürftig.

Das Frühstück war soweit ganz gut aber keinesfalls herausragend. Kaffee ungenießbar. In Kolumbien. Unbegreiflich.
Das Bad im Zimmer ist ebenfalls ok.

Cons:

Das zuerst zugeteilte Zimmer verfügte zwar über ein Fenster, jedoch komplett mit Milchglas versehen. Es gleicht einem Zimmer ohne Fenster. Absolut nicht akzeptabel. Und erst am nächsten Tag hat man uns nach ewigen Diskussionen in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen lassen.
Die Zimmer sind mehr als nur renovierungsbedürftig. Schimmel im Zimmer. Farbe platzt von der Wand. Die Fenster sind so dreckig, dass man kaum raus schauen kann. Smart TV ohne Smart. Es gibt einen einzigen Sender und das wars. Das Personal war bei Ankunft überheblich und unfreundlich. Auch der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht annähernd meinen Erwartungen.
Völlig überteuert für das was es bietet.

Absolut keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Woher die guten Bewertungen kommen ist sehr fragwürdig.
