Las vistas de la terraza
Magnifique vue de la terasse et des chambres si vous avez choisi celles avec vue. Tres bon dejeuner, lit confortable, personnel sympathique. Tres calme

Musty smell in the room
La amabilidad del personal, tanto eñ de recepción como en la zona de desayuno, la tranquilidad del lugar y las vistas increibles tanto desde la habitación como desde la zona del desayuno.
Todo fue perfecto, si es por mejorar algo, tal vez el desayuno no es muy extenso, pero lo que hay lo preparan muy bien.
El lugar es muy lindo, el desayuno es impecable y la ubicación es espectacular. El personal, además, siempre se comportó excelente.
El WIFI funciona pésimo, los baños no están en el mejor estado y no cuenta con aire acondicionado.

Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we opened the door to room 202, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience.

The room was absolutely spotless. The bathroom was pristine, the linens were fresh and crisp, and everything from the mini-fridge area to the indoor jacuzzi was perfectly maintained. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping the property immaculate.
🛌 Comfort: 5/5
The comfort level here is unmatched. The bed was incredibly cozy, featuring beautiful decorative accents. But the real highlight? Having a private, luxury jacuzzi right in the room, complete with towel art and scattered petals. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Step outside onto the private balcony, and you are greeted by an absolutely breathtaking, panoramic view of the lush green mountains and rolling hills. The balcony is beautifully set up with a natural wood table, comfortable chairs, and even a hammock to fully soak in the serene atmosphere.

The hospitality was top-notch from start to finish. The attention to detail in the room setup and the warm, welcoming vibe of the entire property made us feel incredibly valued as guests.
We cannot recommend El Mirador Del Cocora enough. If you want luxury, comfort, and views that feel like a dream, this is the place to stay!
The view and the staff
We decided to give this property 3 stars only because the staff were always kind and helpful, the view is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was quite disappointing.
The room was extremely hot, especially in the morning, and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the large glass wall, which is clearly the room’s main feature, faces directly onto the terrace where guests have breakfast and spend time in the evening. This means that if you want to enjoy the view and natural light, you have to give up your privacy. You cannot even relax in your underwear without being seen by other guests. The only alternative is to keep the blinds closed all the time, which defeats the purpose of booking a room with such a beautiful view.
The Wi-Fi also worked very poorly and was unreliable throughout our stay.
The worst part of the experience, although it was not directly the hotel’s fault, was the noise from outside. From around 11:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m., there was extremely loud music nearby. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep, even while wearing earplugs.
Overall, despite the kindness of the staff, the beautiful view, and the good breakfast, our experience was far from positive, and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.
