Utterly Amazing!
Pros:

Everything! In terms of the view from my room, the staff, the breakfast and location, it is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! To say it is stunning would be an understatement. Breath taking and perfect for me in every way.

If you paid me real money I could still not find a fault with this hotel. PERFECT 10/10

Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Personal ist ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sehr leckeres, reiches Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Cons:

Schade, das der große Fernseher ein Drittel des wunderbaren Aussicht verdeckt hat. Im Zimmer fehlten bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten.

Beste uitzicht denkbaar.

Cons:

Wij wilde wel een upgrade want we hadden een heel kleine kamer. De dame legde uit dat het 70.000 COP extra koste per nacht, dat wilde wij wel.
Uiteindelijk ging om serieus meer geld, bijna 1.000.000 COP voor 3 nachten.
En je dan verschuilen achter het feit dat je niet zo goed Engels spreekt. Jammer.

Spectacular views
Pros:

Spectacular, breathtaking views. Exactly like the pictures. This room alone was probably one of the biggest highlights of my Colombian trip. There's even a window in the shower to admire it from.
Whats more, I had the most delicious fulfilling breakfasts here: fuelling me well for my hikes around Salento and Cocora Valley.
And the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

The view was the best! Absolutely stunning.

They lack the little extra services that can make a big difference — like arranging laundry pickup. This hotel is up a very long and steep hill from the closest laundry service.
