La atención del personal es formidable. En recepción nos trataron genial ayudandos en todo. Y por la mañana Jorge el camarero que nos sirvió el desayuno nos hizo muy amena la mañana con su amabilidad y profesonalidad. Sin duda marca la diferencia! Y todo estaba riquísimo. Súper recomendable

Pros:

Solo el chico que atendía el desayuno. El desayuno no está mal, pero tened en cuenta que no es buffet. Solo puedes pedir un plato de la carta que ofrecen.

Cons:

El personal de recepción el día que llegamos por la tarde. Cuando haces la reserva te enseñan fotos de las habitaciones con vistas. Y en ese tipo de hotel das por hecho que todas tienen. Pues cuando llegamos nos dicen que tenemos asignada una sin vistas que más que una habitación parecía un zulo, nos ofrecían pagar 190€ adicionales por 2 noches para cambiar de habitación.
No solo era un zulo, sino que desde el parking se veía el interior de la habitación con todas nuestras cosas. La habitación olía mal a humedad, y al no tener ventilación no se podía quitar el olor. Había zonas que llevaban tiempo sin limpiarse.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Fußläufig waren viele Restaurants und Cafés erreichbar. Top Lage: Valle del Cocora mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten entfernt! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Poor Value for Price and Sub-optimal Room
Pros:

Good location with very nice view of Cocora valley from common area. Pleasant, helpful staff

Cons:

My room (208) had no windows and quite stuffy/musty and warm inside, not surprised there was a small portable air conditioner. Room and separate sitting area/patio are adjacent to parking lot and lobby l, so not that private and a bit noisy from people coming/going. This lodging is just not good value for the price. Yes the common area has excellent view of Cocora valley, but you can get this for free in the nearby mirador. I'm sure other rooms are better but even more expensive.
Note: I was also very disappointed that they refused to refund me when I cancelled 2-3 days before a separate reservation a few days later ( coming back from a 3 day hike). Yes, I had no contractual right to a refund (cancellation policy may have been 5 days prior), but it would have been kind, since I had to unexpectedly leave town.

Fabulous stay at the Hotel El Mirador del Cocora
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel! The mountain view from our room and the hotel terrace was unbelievable! The staff, from waiters to reception were the most helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was juts a 5-10 minute walk to the main square.

Cons:

We didn’t mind this but since the hotel has such a magnificent view, it is up a fairly steep hill. That might not suit everyone.

Belle vue du Spa.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait et la vue sur la montagne est superbe. Nous avions une chambre avec un spa et franchement, ça valait le coup. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

La mejor vista del valle con la mejor atención !!
Pros:

La vista es la mejor de Salento . Desayunar mirando el calle es inolvidable. La atención del personal muy esmerada y profesional. El desayuno a la carta variado y con opciones vegetarianas

Cons:

Lo único que agregaría es un tender en el baño para la ropa húmeda porque con el clima húmedo es muy necesario.

Incontestablement le meilleur hôtel de la ville
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, terrasse avec vue inoubliable. Le personnel est efficace (ce qui est rare en Colombie), au petits soins et digne d'un palace.

Cons:

Les chambres "premier prix" sont vraiment exiguës avec seulement un fenestron sur le patio
