We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs
There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options

Sejour très agréable. Appartement très confortable,joliment décoré.
Très propre, bien équipé.
Un grand merci à Elena pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme qui a participé à la réussite de notre séjour.
Spa et salle de sport sont présents dans l'hôtel.
A noter qu'il est possible de faire des randonnées au depart de l'hôtel et qu'un magasin d'alimentation est à 100 metres de l'hôtel.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment in floor -3. It had good views of the Peretol ski range. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. G.R. is larger and it is possible to ski from there and finish at Peretol for the end of the day. We are Green & Blue skiers and the slopes are wide and nice to practice on and the queues for chairlifts were very low too. we came in Feb just before English half term & it was quiet. There is a good and reasonably prices supermarket across the road for self catering. There was one restuarant but as my husband dosent eat meat, we didnt try it as fish was limited. The ski hire shop Skiset was next door so handy for equipment hire. There are public buses running regularly up & down the road and it was only 5 euro return to Andorra Le Vella. for restaurants & bars you would need to go to Soldeu or Pas de casa. we just stayed in and cooked and the tv was smart so we could loginto netflix etc. Apartment was warm. Sofa bed in living room was a bit dated and cushion wasnt too comfy but ok for a sofa if you kept pushing the cushion. The apartment sleeps four and theres only sofa seating for 2, only 4 sets of plates/cups/cutlery so we had to wash it manually rather than use dishwasher as needed the items. washing liquid and cloths were issued. washer/ dryer too which was handy. Nice place overall and would come back. Reception staff very firendly.

Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help.

Nous avons réservé 1 nuit dans un appartement 2 chambres, arrivé sur place nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassé. Dans un appartement tout équipé avec 3 chambres.
Logement très propre.
Literie très confortable.
Une suite parentale avec sdb grand confort.
Une hôtesse d'accueil extraordinairement agréable. Nous avons trouvé notre point de chute pour nos prochains séjours en Andorre.

Amazing place

The room and property were clean and attractive. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. While kitchen appliances, including a washing machine, worked fine, more and better cooking utensils would have been helpful to prepare meals more efficiently. There were several amenities on the property that could be improved. The outside hot tub was not hot enough nor was the sauna as the glass in the door had a space letting out heat. The fitness room lacked stationary bikes. However, the front desk employees, especially Elena, were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer our qustions and offer assistance in solving problems that arose. Free, close overnight o road parking was helpful as well.

Excellent séjour dans cette résidence.
Décoration des appartements soignée.
Très jolie vue.
Echange facile avec l'hôtel.
Petit SPA agréable.
Le point noir est le parking souterrain, relativement etroit. Il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture.
Le stationnement et la sortie y sont difficiles à cause de tous poteaux présents.
Il est par contre possible de stationner dehors facilement.
Un magasin tout proche de l'hôtel très bien achalandé pour ne pas prendre la voiture pour les courses.
Les randonnées se font dès la sortie de l'hôtel.

All I had hoped for. They were slow to fix the broken light in the kitchen but I used the spa while waiting!!

Todo perfecto. Nos han ayudado desde el primer día resolviendo las dudas que pudieramos tener hasta con cualquier problema que surgió en el apartamento. Nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil.

Séjour familial à 7 personnes vraiment appréciable. Appartement spacieux avec salon séjour et commodités pour toute les générations.

Super séjour. L’hôtesse a l’accueil était très gentille. L’appartement était spacieux. La cuisine très équipée. Une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Le lit était confortable. Le spa avec le hammam, jacuzzi intérieur et un extérieur, la salle de sport, douche écossaise propres et hyper agréable.
Le seul hic est que même si c’etait bien insonorisé par rapport à l’extérieur, c’était pas le cas entre les appartements. On a été dérangé tôt le matin (6h) par les bruits et gémissements de nos voisins. Sinon, impeccable. On reviendra

Location is excellent, the hotel is good, but the price is high. Parking in the hotel garage is very limited, parking places are very small and is very expensive (15€/day) and it not included.
